“Whilst the staff in the shops are very professional, and the juices are great… sadly the Mods are awful. I’m now on my second replacement due to faults that has aLeo stopped working and now Vapetown are refusing to offer a resolution. It’s very disappointing”

“I have given 3 stars because the order I placed a week ago still hasn’t arrived. Ordinarily I would give 5 stars because usually my order arrives quickly and well packaged. I hope I get my goods soon and I have every faith that I will hence a hopeful 3 star review this time.”

“Hi, I've been buying 12mg cherry for years. Over the last 2 months or so it has changed colour to a clearer concentration. I was advised this could be due to an older batch. It hasnt changed back to the old colour, isnt as nice and I am disappointed.”

“Would have been a 5 if the Plymouth shop was open. Wanted to exchange my oils only to find the shop closed Now left with 14bottles that I won't use”

“The order process is quick and easy and the delivery time is excellent. I do have a few concerns with the recent quality of the bottles. Some of the lids are very difficult to open and in some cases I have had to pry the cap off in order to use the products. Generally very happy with Vape Town and will continue to use you.”

“VapeTown is usually great; however they're still choosing (and charging customers) to use Royal Mail at a time when Royal Mail is completely ineffective due to strike action, so be warned, your deliveries can take over a week to get to you.”

We use Royal Mail as their usual service is by far the best out there for small packages. We do not use other carriers such as Yodel and Evri, as at best their service is poor, and even if we did while the strikes are on, they are seeing a massive increase in deliveries which is causing delays on their networks. The Royal Mail strikes are completely out of our control. We always send our customers parcels out on time and as promised and when strikes are happening they are sent at the very first opportunity possible to allow the parcels to get in the network. Orders over £20 do not incur any postage costs, unless you wish to upgrade. Anything under £20 has and will always be charged for.

“I purchased a smok rpm5 about 2/3 weeks ago and the thing leaks excessively. I have returned it to the shop on a few occasions and was told that it was because of the liquid I purchased which was recommended by the staff, a new tank was issued at one visit but the problem has continued. No issue what so ever with staff, very polite and helpful, just abit disappointed with the vape. But all in all descent service.”

“Bought two vape liquids from Vape town recommended by server. These liquids was not what I normally have and did not taste great which meant I had to go back and buy two more. Why did you not do samples to try instead of wasting money not happy.”

“Great staff , but unfortunately I purchased some juice they recommended £22 . I don't think it good enough considering the price . Just recently purchased 10ml of Blackcurrant nic salts again weak flavour . The do have some great multibuy deals so give them a try .”

“Unable to order 18mg Virginia online as was out of stock. Went to the shop and was able to purchase 10 and was advised likely not getting any more in, as the supplier has become expensive. Was given a rolling tobacco flavour to try and found it to harsh. The labels have not been sticking properly to the bottles lately and stick to other bottles or items in my bag. I'm really saddened about the above as I have been a loyal customer for at least 5 years and have always enjoyed the Virginia and this is the first time, I've been disappointed. I am having to look elsewhere for my Virginia. Please can you advise if you are no longer supplying the 18mg Virginia and if you are, will it be the same with no flavour changes.”

“Not very pleased with the smok r_kiss 2 i recently brought from vape town bletchley on 21st june £48 tank leaking from the bottom coil area. Been back to the shop twice new coil and thicker liquid. Not very happy.”
