“Told me time and day for locks to be fitted. Fitter running a bit late. He phoned before hand to let me know. Fitted locks no problem. That’s all you can ask. Excellent service.”

“As a business we’ve been dealing with Vanlocker for many years now & always find the whole process from initial work order to completion of installation seamless. Once booked, continuation & schedule updates are sent via text to the fleet operator as a reminder to have the relevant vehicle ready for access on the day of installation. Schedules have always been kept & installations flawless. Ben is a great installer as is Steve & work area is always prepped prior to installation & cleaned down after installation before handover. “Locks are brillant and kit fitted very well only problem I ran into was the length of the locking bar on side door. When closed it wasn’t locking fully so had to made some room in behind receiver on door jam”

“Very disappointed with the service, firstly they arrived almost an hour past the booking time, secondly the fitter was very unskillful and messed up the locks in a way where there was 50/50 chance for the lock to be unlocked, even started to argue with me that ( that’s the way it is ). After many requests from my side he finally decided to adjust the locks ( took him three hours ), thirdly he left me with both locks unlocking in different ways….. one on left the other on right assuring me that’s the way the manufacturer made them :)”

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the install and the repair to a break in and additional dead locks are a superb additional to protecting valuable tools!
