“I would very much like to say a big thank you to Vanessa Arthbutnott, especially Sam who went out of her way to be most helpful & supportive when my recent purchase of fabric was not delivered on the day stated, even though I had requested for the fabric to be left with a neighbour. Unfortunately parcel force did not leave a card either to say they had called & that they would try again. I contacted Vanessa Arthbutnott & spoke to Sam, whereupon she took the matter in hand & my fabric was delivered the following morning.... it is very reassuring to know that when a purchase is made, you as a company not only goes above & beyond customer service but also has a clear knowledge of the order whilst in transit. I have been using Vanessa Arthbutnott for around 15yrs & I continue to be inspired & impressed today as I was when I first bought my first cushion!! ...
