Hello, I have looked into this for yourself and can see your order was placed over the bank holiday weekend on the 30th of March. Unfortunately due to a large volume of orders there was a delay with the couriers delivering these items. I'm new to the van conversion scene and this was my first purchase. I bought the boxer 2 side windows package with trims and fitting kit. Parcel arrived in good time and was packaged well. Windows look to be a good product, just as advertised. When fitting, I was missing the second trim and second fitting kit. As instructed, I did check the windows for damage but didn't check the bits and pieces. My mistake. When I emailed the support team, they responded quickly, which is great these days. But I didn't get the impression they were going to replace the parts any time soon. After a few emails of questions like did I check the box properly, I just purchased them locally for ease. Sadly that seemed a satisfactory outcome for Vanpimps, case closed. So in conclusion, good product, fast delivery, not so great aftercare.

Hello, We do apologise you feel this way. I have looked into this and can see you had contacted our customer service team regarding the missing items from your bonding kit. You were then asked if the box had been fully checked, which is standard procedure as these can be easily missed at the bottom of the box. Once this was confirmed you were asked to send an image of the parts you had received in order for us to replace the missing parts. You had then replied stating you had already purchased these elsewhere. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. VanPimps.

Very happy with Vanpimps, friendly and good products. Got windows and matts for my new crafter. Quick delivery and dispatch time. Would have given 5* but accidentally ordered old crafter side windows and new crafter rears so drove down to exchange. Struggled to find the right windows from a Google search, but if you go to their site and scroll down to new crafter the options are limited then you can’t go wrong.

Among other items I purchased the leather style seat covers for my renault trafic.i was a bit sceptical because they can often not fit properly, but I must say, these are very good quality and after fitting the drivers seat, I was very pleased as they look like my old seats have been re upholstered and I don't mind paying the price for a quality fit and I was about to score a 10 out of 10. Unfortunately, I was fitting the double seat and felt like I had to mark them down to an 8 or even a 7 due to the following. Not a big thing but there were no instructions but you can scan the QR code to show you how to fit them to a vw. i know it's not rocket science but it would be nice to have them. On the video, it shows the double seat cover being fastened by a zip. The box even states zip up tech, however on mine, it is velcro apart from a small one around the seatbelt clip,so a little disappointed as the zip looks so much better quality. But my main issues are: The back part of the seat cover, on the sides does nt reach the seat, its about and inch short, so the old colour seat can still be seen. Also the headrest covers have massive cut outs to allow for an half inch round bar. It's not bad when the headrest is down, but if it's raised up, again you can see the old material underneath. Finally, where there has been cut outs made to go around the seat supports for instance, the elastic goes across the gap, is this a fault or am I supposed to cut it? if its the latter, I should not have to for an item of this price. This is something I need to find out. I dont know if it's how they all fit or mine have not been manufactured correctly. As I said, they are really good covers but are let down by the things mentioned which is a real shame and makes the price seem a little high.

Fantastic item well worth the money, the only thing I might add for the sellers benefit, two suction pads in the middle at top and bottom, where there is only one at present. But a great great item thank you.

Extremely disappointed with my most recent order, granted it may have been a courier issue as goods were delivered damaged and not fit for purpose, which had a knock on effect on my own business. The staff at vanpimps were supportive of my situation however we're unable to redeliver goods in time to meet my deadline. Future purchases will require ordering a month in advance.

Hello, We do apologise you had received your items damaged. I have looked into this and can see you had refused delivery and sent us an email regarding this on Friday. As the delivery was refused we have to wait for the item to get back to ourselves to look into this further. Our customer service team will reach out to yourself as soon as the items have arrived back to us regarding the next steps. Unfortunately as we are courier dependant, some damages can occur during transit. We do ask customers allow time between receiving their order and booking in for fitting in case any damages have occurred in transit as this allows us the appropriate amount of time to get the issue resolved.
