“Ordered 2 pairs of Y3 trainers each £150, only recieved one pair. Opened a customer complaint and was told it would be resolved in 24 hours. Over a week later and 6 emails asking for an update I was told they were still no further with my complaint, but I would hear from them within 24 hours. Again no contact until I rang the company a week later, only to be told I would not be receiving the missing pair or given a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service, they've stolen £150 from me.”

“Item, email contact, telephone contact. Appalling, CS unsympathetic, paying to complain via 0344 and om average on hold 20 mins. Email average 72 hour reply, due to backlog....... Pre Paid Returns label, drop off with their designated courier 20 miles round and surprise surprise U PAY....Hooray”
