“Outstanding customer service. Immediately received a call to ensure product (Rhino Roof Rack) was correct for my intended use and dispatched that day (Wednesday). Package came next day (Thursday). Sadly the delivery company lost one of the packages from the order, I emailed Van Essentials and Alan was amazing, replying at 7pm in the evening he got in touch with the delivery company that evening and next morning and tried to figure out what went wrong. On Friday the delivery company still had no idea where the last item had gone so Alan dispatched a replacement item for a Saturday AM delivery which came early Saturday morning! Roof Rack was fitted on the weekend and is amazing. Couldn’t have wished for a better experience from this company.”

“My roof bars were despatched very shortly after my order was placed. Van Essentials made contact to confirm I had ordered the correct bars for my vehicle. This was done over the festive period and I am guessing many would not have bothered, so cannot fault this service at all. First Class...Thank you Alan.”
