“Initially advertised as "100% vegan", then upon questioning, told me they were vegan via email and that they would change the packaging and website from the 'accidental' addition of gelatin to the wording. The company then removed "100% vegan" from their website and have not apologised for sending me a product advertised as vegan with gelatin in the product. Terrible customer service.”
