“I've been searching for a company to underpin/stabilize my side extension for about eighteen months. Various specialist companies I contacted failed to get back to me, or the one that finally did (after repeated prompting) quoted over £50,000 to underpin. Then in September 2019 I came across the Geobear system and contacted them. Within weeks they had surveyed the property, recommended a solution, and within two months (early November) had carried out the works, for less than half the price quoted for underpinning. The works were completed within two days with an absolute minimum of mess and inconvenience and I can't fault the friendliness and helpfulness of the crew assigned to do the work. Obviously it's early days (less than two months) since the work was completed but, to the best of my knowledge, the subsidence issue is a thing of the past. All that remains for me to do now is to have the wall cracks stitched, re-rendered and decorated.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Geobear . I was originally apprehensive even though I have been in the building trade for a long time but James put mind at rest and was always available to answer any of my questions prior to the work . The team who came to do the work were very professional , friendly and a pleasure to have at my property . No mess very quick and explained everything in detail about they were doing .. time will obviously tell if the movement under my house has been solved but right now I’m very pleased .. “It is fair to say we approached the impending work with some nervousness, although this was not warranted as James McAuley your Area Manager had given us lots of reassurance and explained the procedures to us in some detail. However, we have a slightly unusual house with it's arrangement with next door therefore were concerned that all should go smoothly and well. James Mcauley Jame’s visits not only convinced us and our neighbour that Geobear was the correct course of action and you were the solution to our problems but he was also very personable and we felt we could trust his advice. Nothing was too much trouble for him, which was unimportant to us and our neighbour. James’s demonstrated excellent knowledge, particularly when he met our surveyor. We felt he had genuine empathy with our situation and built up a great rapport with us as your customers and was very professional. We had confidence in James. The job was allocated to Dom and Phil Dom was soon putting us at our ease and very personable, friendly and business like. Polite and again happy to reassure us and explain exactly what was going to happen and the sequence of events. He was brilliant. He was quickly aware of our concerns and nothing was a problem. Dom is obviously very experienced and has a great practical knowledge which further instilled our trust in him and by extension Geobear. Phil also was a nice easy going man who got on with his work in a professional diligent quiet way which we really liked. He was careful where it was needed and did all he could to minimise the inevitable disruption to our home. Both these men were punctual, courteous, and could be left to just get on with their work which we were grateful about. They worked so well together as a team. They both showed the utmost respect towards us, our old property, and the garden and are both a great asset to your company and we hope you will pass on our thanks to them for doing such an excellent job for us. The house and garden was left very clean and tidy when they had finished the job. We both felt we could not have wished for two nicer men to have done this job for us. Jamie the Drains Man Jamie was clearly an experienced “drains man” and was thorough and professional. We appreciated his care and supporting role in the procedure. Conclusion I do not give praise faintly as I have 25 years experience in training staff in customer service and sales technique. It is in this context that we we would like to thank your men, for an excellent job, and for exceeding our exceptions with their customer service and customer care. They have left us feeling more confident about the future of the house and that hopefully we will see we have made the right decisions to use Geobear to stabilise our home for us and future generations. We would certainly have no hesitation recommending Geobear to others based on this experience with these people. S&G Devon”
