“Bad start, CCTV drain camera broke down on first day and Ureteks on-board generator broke down on second day. Returned a week later to complete. Ureteks technician's seemed to know their job, however as most of the important part of the process takes place a metre or two below ground level, out of sight, one has to place your trust in the integrity and capability of both the men and their equipment. I only hope that the treatment has been successful and that we can again put the house back in to use.”

“Good technology at a very high price, however, the alternative would have been a more disruptive and prolonged process at approximately the same cost but with higher 'after the event' remedial expenses. Minimal disruption and time with Uretek and only minor remedial works required, which made me very happy. The site team were outstanding and very professional, I had full confidence in their abilities. I used Uretek in a domestic residential matter and I would recommend them in the future.”

“The work was carried out punctually and efficiently and has remedied some of the wall cracks, though others occur in different places, I think this is to be expected as the loads have changed. As this work was done while the soil was damp and we have not since had drought conditions I am unable to see how effective the work has been. However thank you for your excellent service, Yours Paul Llewellyn Cardiff”

“The pricing service and engineering detail provided were very good. However, when it came to scheduling were given approximate dates subject to deposit which when paid were not met. In both cases in the last year we were a good few weeks behind what was promised and I had to get involved on behalf of the client to resolve. Works on site were clean and efficient as were final payments. Final paperwork took a week or so to issue. Overall the service was good but client expectations could be managed better. Perhaps the "Amazon" model could be adopted where they give a date and in 99% of cases they achieve or deliver early. Regards Nick Datson”

“All operatives were open and informative about the work and the product. The work was carried out on the dates planned and caused minimal disruption as compared to having an existing concrete slab removed and replaced. The uretec product has stopped ingress of water between the walls and floor to date.”
