“Great customer service received from the site visit through to the work being carried out. The technicians turned up to the house with all the necessary Covid-19 PPE which was very reassuring. They were very diligent in carrying out the work which was completed relatively quickly. A full explanation of the work carried out was provided by the senior technician and I felt reassured that the problem had been fixed. A highly recommended solution to others with settlement issues in their homes.”

“A marvellous non-intrusive technology which really suited my situation. The wall that was stablized needed to be accessed from my next door neighbour's side. Using Geobear meant that no excavation was needed to be carried out. It was magic! My neighbours were very happy with how the team worked and when the job was done there was no evidence that any work had been carried out....it was left as good as before they started.”

“There was a false start on the day when the work was scheduled in that it turned out that a site survey was needed. This should have been dealt with in advance and caused unnecessary delay and worry. They had not sent the right team to undertake the service work. They returned a week later and conducted the whole operation within the day, but it was £1000 more expensive than I had anticipated. The work itself appears to have been undertaken to a high standard, but time will tell if there is further slippage.”

Though out the whole process from the initial contact to actually arriving and doing the job were helpful, polite and professional. Everything was worked around my availability so site survey and doing the work was controlled by me and there was no pressure.”

“I am very impressed with your whole operation from undertaking a WhatsApp survey to produce a quotation weeks befor the competition could stir themselves into action. The site work was really excellent whole job completed in one day albeit assisted by us preparing the site correctly as requested (apparently not always the experience of your opertaions team). I will definitely recommend your services and I hope my insurers NFU Mutial and their loss adjusters Crawford should be suitably impressed!”

There was a small residue of brick dust left but it was easily sorted. Team members were polite and friendly.
