“Ordered a north Face 1996 Retro jacket, £115 for my 15 year old daughter. No issues at all with payment or delivery of jacket. Jacket was perfect, no issues at all. Surprised to see all this negative feedback tbh.”

“This is a fake company, total scammers!! Bought a £115 North Face jacket for my daughter's Christmas present in October. No jacket received and they will not respond to my emails. I have reported them to North Face, and will try and retrieve the money off my bank but not holding out much hope. Feel so stupid!!!”

“Stupidly ordered a north face jacket on the 29th October. No delivery to date, contacted but reluctant to provide my email address still no update. DO NOT order anything from this website, absolute con merchants and I hope one day they all get the comeuppance. Scum bags”

“Stupidly didn’t read reviews ordered 2 sizes in north face jackets yes they arrived but are fakes, sent 3 emails requesting a refund, no address to return or invoice in parcel, have handed this case over to credit card company hopefully resolve this stay clear fr this site”

“Ordered the North Face Jacket - £115.00, before I read the reviews online. Feel very very stupid now. Didn’t know it was a scam and goods most likely fake. I’ve contacted my card provider, and I’ve emailed company in the hope that they don’t request the payment, but not holding out much hope off that…. Moral of the story, if someone appears to good to be true, it usually is 😔😔”

“I fell for this scam after seeing them advertise north face jackets on Facebook ! The coat arrived after a month of ordering it which I was expecting, however it’s a terrible fake made of poor cheap nylon fabric with the badge on the arm upside down ! The coat is huge and nasty ! I emailed them to say I wanted a refund but have heard nothing since I received an automated email ! I have contacted my credit card company about it . I never thought to read the reviews but wish I had as I paid £100 for the coat and feel very foolish ! Please don’t let them scam you like they did me ! Stay away from this company would be my advice !”

“Ordered jacket 25th March cancelled order 27th March you confirmed cancelled order, I asked for refund no replies from any further emails no refund received then out of the blue I get shipping details to say jacket out for delivery what is going on I cannot find details of address to return it to, for when or if I receive it 😡”
