Having looked through the correspondence I can see that we offered a free return and full refund for the incorrect item so I'm not sure what else we could have done. “Very good looking and comfortable slipper , I have tried them on but not used extensively because they are a birthday present! The sole is built for the occasional trip to the shop or in the garden I am very please with the fit because I have a wide foot and have had to send many other makes of slippers back 😊”
