“I worked for urban locker 2 and half months ago and yet I still haven’t been paid after sending numerous emails urban locker is a big scam and a fraud company be careful who you work for ok they said they will pay and don’t not a good company to work for. The company is very unorganised and is run by retard‘s”

“Great experience - My first time putting my life into storage, so I had plenty of questions. Drew was awesome - personable, clear, accommodated my specific needs. Facility itself was clean, secure, solid location my me, and basically simple to get into - Important! Anyway, the next time I need to do this, I'll most certainly do so with Urban Locker”

“your invoice management and service are very poor. I will never recommend Urban locker to any of my business contacts and thinking to move out to other storage such as Secure Data... who provides a better service”

“Super grateful for Drew who took my feedback on a product on board and provided me a refund for it as it was faulty. It was especially nice as he even remembered who I was so I didn’t need to provide a receipt (which I had disposed of anyway!) Thanks again for your excellent customer service!”

“Fantastic location, a stones throw from Old Street roundabout. Extremely friendly staff and very flexible with moving to larger units if required. Very clean, seem to have extractors as we've never had dust on the stored items, also easy internal access for cars and vans.”

“After being recommended by my colleague, I decided to hire Urban Locker for my move to the new apartment. I had my items stored in their drive-in unit, and the prices were really very affordable. In particular, the customer service executive, Cardi, was very friendly and easy to talk.”

“Went to my locker today and found another lock on! Could not access my own extremely expensive locker. This has happened for the 2nd time! Be aware if your store anything that you may need, come with a set of bolt cutters in future.”
