We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and having found the best resolution for you accidentally ordering the wrong item which was being sent to Germany, we hope you will reconsider the star rating. Once you contacted us to advise on your mistake, we immediately took the time to liaise with DHL to try to retrieve your package that had been dispatched the previous day. However, it was already in Germany and could not be retrieved as it was due to be delivered that day. We therefore advised it would need to be returned to us so that we could help you with an exchange. “I received a travel size bottle of our geranium hand wash/body wash in an advent calendar, loved it so much had to order the full size. Smells amazing. Please allow samples of your products in advent calendars in the future it’s a great way to try new brands and products. I didn’t know about your company before this.”

“Bought a tomato vine/leaf candle which didn't smell like tomato vine at all. And I can't return it because the packaging is open. So I have an expensive candle, that doesn't smell good, in my house. Not impressed.”

“Scents are great - bought tea lights to sample. But they only burn half before the wick is drowned and goes out. Avoided a costly mistake on a larger candle, made me decide not to buy them.”

“I had really high hopes for the reed diffuser given the price but although the scent is nice it doesn’t seem to diffuse very well. It’s only in a small bathroom and I can’t smell it all unless I get right up to it and smell it. I won’t be purchasing another and feel a little cheated for the price”

“Really like the smell of the scent that I have and have used the products for 2 years. Unfortunately prices have increased and while the quality and product remain the same, I do not believe it represents good value anymore.”

“My order arrived promptly the next day, with no issues. Communication via email was effective and I’m incredibly pleased with the product I received. Zero damage to the packaging and I love the product (Coconut Grove perfume). The only slightly negative feedback I have is… I wish the amazing scent was more long lasting on the skin.”
