“We have been returning to Jones and Jones for many years now and have always been impressed by the high quality of the products, the great design and the excellent service. We have bought a number of items from them, from sofa and armchairs to table lumps and paintings. We are very pleased with everything. The service is excellent; they are all very friendly and helpful and very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend Jones and Jones very highly.”

“Helpful advice on fabric selection, accurate estimation and prompt service to collect, restore and re-upholster my Victorian nursing chair and an antique queen-Ann 2 seater sofa. The fact that items had to taken out of the house and returned through a dismantled sash window didn't deter anyone. Thanks for great service”

“After years of discomfort, which we put up with for far too long, we made the decision to change our sofa. Jones and Jones offered a great personal service and choice of sofa - knowone offers service or quality like this in Cambridge. It looks fantastic and is SO comfortable, that we cannot watch TV now without falling a sleep! Thank you Ingrid and boys!”

“Friendly service from Jones and Jones. Advice was given, but it wasn't done patronisingly. I was grateful for the expertise. Our furniture looks absolutely beautiful, and I'm lucky to be able to afford such quality. The designs are stunning. Highly recommended. The showrooms are intriguingly set out and well-furnished with mirrors, lamps, tables and so on to enhance the furniture.”

“Shopped here for about three years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We have bought lighting, cushions, ornaments and occasional furniture and have been pleased with them all. We have not required a new three piece suite but when we do will look here first. Plenty of free off road parking is a plus. Highly recommended. Barry & Lynne”

“We spent ages looking at every combination of chairs to fit our room, and the staff were very patient. We decided in the end to stick with our old faithful furniture and opt for reupholstering instead. Very pleased with both sofa's. Would recommend Jones & Jones again for this service. Reupholstering has given our furniture a new lease of life.”

“Reupholstering my chair and ottoman has made my hodgepodge of furniture into a lovely set that look smart and modern. Being able to choose from so many high quality fabrics made reupholstery a great choice. For the look of new at a fraction of the cost, I strongly recommend J & J as your place to go for updated upholstery. Wonderful customer service and pick-up/delivery service.”
