“web site states 'drive in/drive out service' for motorcycles. When you phone to book....... they don't do 'drive in/drive out service' for motorcycles.”

“So pleased that these guys have been able to stay open with a skeleton staff. The clutch on my car went and I needed it as I’m looking after a 90 year old who broke her arm at the start of the pandemic and is unsteady on her feet. Thank you so much 💖💖”

“Phoned up and spoke to manager in Colchester depot. Stranded in Colchester with a flat tyre and spare damaged by pothole few days before. I was provided with a very prompt and efficient service during these difficult times. Van turned up to fit tyre within 20mins and did a quick and professional job. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. And to the manager what a legend.”

“Thanks to Joe and the team at Thurrock for their excellent and speedy customer service. They fitted a new wheel and tyre for us within 5 minutes as we were on a tight time schedule. Also, at 9 months pregnant a fully functioning car was essential so I was doubly grateful, especially as baby was born the next day! Without the new wheel we would not have been able to get to the hospital - thank you!”

“This is the second time I have now taken my car to the guys in Chelmsford. I drove an hour just to take it to them because they were so good the first time!! Honest, reliable, friendly! I’d had such a bad run of dishonest mechanics in my home town it’s worth the 2 hour round trip to take it to these guys!! Five stars, highly recommended!! Keep up the good work! :)”
