“This team have been amazing helping me receive my lights from ordering to amazing after service. I have had a problem with damage to two of my lights and George has been exceptional in helping me to resolve the damage and I cannot fault the service I have received so far, currently awaiting replacement crystals but under no illusion that my issue isn’t paramount in being resolved with George. Wouldn’t look at purchasing lights from anywhere else now.”

“Very pleased with my purchase of the Dar Kiefer Vintage Industrial Floor Lamp. These will look great in my garden room. As ever, excellent service from Universal Lighting. I received a call from Chloe thanking me for my purchase and advising how long delivery would be. Also, a hand signed thank you note with my receipt. I haven't dealt with any other company that gives this level of customer care. I would recommend Universal Lighting and they are always my go-to when looking for lighting or shades.”

“Nicely made unit. Seems to work fine so far. Easy to adjust settings. Be aware that it doesn’t come with a cable so you’ll need to supply it yourself. The override function is the reason I chose to pay more than a similar light without it. The customer service is excellent. A phone call to let me know it’s on the way, which is a nice touch. Of course the proof is when there’s a problem with the product. I will be buying more lighting from them as my project continues based on the good quality unit and the friendly and efficient service”

“I wanted a table lamp that is modern and a little different and I saw this on Universal Lighting's website. Ordering was straightforward and a member of staff telephoned the following day to thank me for my order and give an idea of delivery. I appreciated that personal touch. Lamp arrived 2 days later with clear assembly instructions and bulb advice so I soon had it sitting in place. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based on my experience and wish them success as they offer a great range of products at reasonable prices, thank you.”

“Great lamp and great customer service. After placing the order I was called by a very nice lady from Universal Lighting who assured me the order was being placed and would be delivered soon. I was delivered in no time at all. Brilliant service and we'll definitely be using them again.”

“As shades go these are not cheap, but worth every penny. Built to stand the rigours of family life they are true to the samples that Universal hold and where slubs can detract from the appearance when the bulb is lit, the lining removes any transfer and they can be left to add character to the unlit appearance. They are not a big as you might think, particularly in the depth of each item, and we would advise checking carefully for the size that is appropriate for your stand. The service from Universal could not have been better and I have ordered other items from them on the strength of it.”

“Mark Tregunna was extremely helpful when I was looking for the above lighting. He was very patience and so friendly when corresponding with me via e-mails. Everything was done within half an hour incl. purchasing, ordering and despatching. I received the beautiful lantern which was very well wrapped up (I am from Ireland) and which came to intact within a week. I am delighted with it...thank you Mark.”

“Very happy with this chandelier. I wanted something that looked elegant and stylish to suit the high ceilings and simple decor of my living room. Great quality with a good price too. “I couldn't find what I wanted anywhere for a reasonable price until I came across Universal Lighting Services website. They had just what I wanted at a good price and the website was easy to use. I even got a phone call confirming my order had been received and when it would be dispatched, along with the usual emails keeping me up to date with my order progress. The parcel arrived when they said it would, well packaged and with a good courier. I'll certainly be using Universal lighting again. This is how customer service should be done.”

“This is a lovely light, it looks delicate but it is robust and very bright which is what we wanted. It is a very attractive design and is accurately shown in the photo. We are very pleased, it was well worth the wait. The staff are very helpful and kept in touch with us during the long wait for it to be in stock. I would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“Works exactly as hoped - stays off in the daytime, comes on low at night (2 watts) until triggered, when comes on mch brighter (16W). Thresholds for ambient lighting, PIR sensitivity and high level duration after triggering all easily adjustable. The units were bought to replace old fittings that used incandescent bulbs, these were the only ones I could find with exactly the same functionality. Universal Lighting Services were a pleasure to deal with, easy ordering, very fast delivery and they clearly value their customers. An excellent all round experience.”
