“I was very pleased with the lampshades which arrived promptly. They fit well and look perfect! The service was excellent. “The lamp arrived on time and in good quality packaging. Unfortunately, the wire guard protecting the glass lamp was found to be broken. I emailed the Customer Care Dept. the same evening and by next morning I had a very nice reply from them telling me that a new replacement lamp was being dispatched straight away at no further cost to me. The new lamp arrived promptly in perfect condition. Excellent service! I will have no hesitation in using Universal Lighting in the future.”
