“Bought football socks. My son pulled them up and they laddered much like a pair 0f tights would. That then turned to a hole. I emailed company and sent a picture. Their response was to say they weren't sent out like that. Which I know and explained how this happened when they were put on. Have since ignored my request for a refund or exchange. Shocking service and one disappointed boy whose birthday present lasted 30.seconds.”

“Terrible costumer service. Kids shirt size is completely wrong. Was delivered with a pull on the front. Ruined my nephews birthday present. At those prices it’s not like I could just order a bigger shirt. They just ignore any emails. My advice, avoid like the plague. There are plenty of better suppliers out there. This is definitely not one of those.”

“BEWARE: Placed order with UK Soccer Shop. Sent numerous emails. Story changed from time to time. One time they are out of stock, then they are shipping, then they are on back order, then the lost the order, now they don't respond. CROOKS!”

“WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM UKSS!!! This group is not a good place to purchase an item. I purchased a jersey and selected specific options for the jersey. They sent me the wrong item completely. Then began the month long BS email exchange with Kelly and other members of their so called customer service. I followed all their instructions and still have not been refunded. They of course don’t have a number to call as they don’t want to help anyone even when they make the mistake from the start. They “refunded me $8.33 for $192.00 jersey. At which point every single email exchange from then on became an insult with zero help. I sent back the jersey with tracking to show it was delivered as requested and they still continued to jerk me around with one sentence, vague responses. This is an absolutely terrible company and does not deserve your business. I have had to contact my bank for the refund as they are now pretending they didn’t receive the return. Source your products else where! You’ve been warned!”

“Most items on this website are on ‘back order’ as they call it. This isn’t specified at time of purchase and you can wait weeks/months for items if you get them at all! They cannot even give you a rough time estimate of when you will get the items. Would definitely not recommend ordering from here!!”

“Damn. Wish I’d seen this site before ordering from UK Soccershop. I ordered 70 quids worth of kit with extra courier charge to get it delivered well in advance of my son’s birthday. Two weeks later and it still hasn’t arrived. Hopeless, prob a scam company. They take your money and then to hell with the customer. AVOID”

“Ordered a bespoke item with number on it - received order but the number was wrong. After an initial reply, they then ignored all correspondence, then weeks later said they would refund me. Two weeks on and still no refund so I've had no option but to escalate with Paypal. Product arrived incorrect and in any way was so badly done I think I could have done better myself, whoever lined it up must have been drunk it was that poorly positioned. You would laugh at how badly it was done, makes Wish look professional.”

“Ordered two shirts first was delivered after long await, cancelled second after two months of waiting. They told that refund done and it would take 2-5 days. After 10 days i asked about it because refund did not came, and they blamed computer error and did again. Refund came but it was 10 euros less than it should have been, they claimed that on the coupon i used. The discount coupon was from the whole order amount, but they are claiming it is only on the undelivered product. Order confirmation and invoice the discount is from the whole amount. Because this kind of companys you allways have to check that return compensation comes correct, they are trying scam on the returns if you don`t check it up. They answer you quickly when got basic questions, but when you want return or got problems with order, their answer times is three times longer and very uninterested style of writing. Don`t ever order from this company, delivery times at least double what they promise and trying to scam you`re money if you don`t check and demand the right return.”

“Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before buying ! 2 weeks after ordering and paying for a quicker delivery service and an email confirming order i am still waiting. the phone number doesn't work as the mail box is full ! Also the email doesn't work and won't send any messages. Feel completely ripped off and don't know what to do. Have reported it but not holding out much hope !”

“Terrible website and company. Personalised shirt I ordered still hasn’t arrived after 7 weeks. The mobile number to contact is either fake or message box full when I tried to contact and no response to emails. Definitely a scam.”

“Shirts (or the number/name printed on the back at least) are fake, i bought an england shirt with rice on the back and after one wash as per the instructions the print has faded and all the red has leaked onto the surrounding shirt, refusing to give me a refund and claiming i have tampered with it”

“I am still waiting for a refund a month later. After a bit of investigation I found they also own https://www.geekgearbox.com/. They have a live chat service that actually works. I contacted them saying I am having trouble with uksoccarshop and within an hour she had passed my message on and replied.”

“Ordered football shirt for my son 2 weeks ago and paid £8.50 for a quicker delivery. No shirt has arrived, several emails have been sent to them but haven't actually been sent but returned back to me, tried to phone the contact number but no reply and unable to leave to message due to their answer phone box being full... money has obviously gone out of my account... not happy !!!!! Can anyone help with any advice ??”
