“Ordered shirt over 4 weeks ago and although I have chased them using the ‘order status’ method they request you to many times, I have had not a single acknowledgment or response. Dreadful service and communication”

“If I could pick zero stars I would. It's been 2 months since I made an order and still haven't received anything. Paid over 100 pounds. I've tried contacting them on numerous occasions and requesting refund and they only said it wasn't possible! I'm fuming. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE SCAM! I even paid more for fast delivery and still waiting two months in!”

“I ordered a footbal shirt which i paid £122.82, my order got rejected and finally got a refund for only £99.94. My son really wanted this shirt so he ordered from Teamzo and funny enough same experience and still waiting for my money. My guess as the emails have the exact format are the same company. DO NOT BUY from UKsoccershop or Teamzo, they should have out of stock on their website but no they take the money and don’t refund the full amount”

“Please please do not order from this company!! I ordered an arsenal jersey in January & still have received it today had to get the bank involved as they wouldn’t reply to my emails, couldn’t get through to them on the phone!Have received my money back from the bank”

“Ordered a top as a gift. Within 24 hours was advised item packed and given to courier. In fact courier received item 8Feb. Three attempts at getting delivery forecast were ignored CAVEAT EMPTOR !!”

“I took a job as a warehouse manager within this company. The owner Simon Pretswell hasnt been to the warehouse in 3 years. I was offered another job at another company whilst with them and decided against it. Worst thing ever, I set up his preowned shirt side of the business, then received an email informing that my services are no longer required for no apparent reason. This man is a parasite and has no respect for customers or his staff”

“DO NOT SHOP with this bunch of unprofessional rip off merchants. Totally disgusting behaviour. I ordered a shirt with a player's name on at the start of January. After several days I still had no order confirmation or number. I emailed and got no reply. It was a birthday present so I ordered elsewhere and emailed again stating I was cancelling my order and wanted a refund. It's been well over a month - I don't have the shirt and I haven't had a refund. They keep emailing now saying I can't have a refund. The emails are rude and inaccurate. I would seriously recommend this scam company any be avoided.”

“after a long wait, the super cheap Pakistani clothing arrived for which I paid the top price. I feel cheated and will put UKSoccershop in the spam folder and soon forget. they deliver junk for a lot of money and the printing is completely lousy. Don't buy anything, you will lose your money on poor quality clothing without a model.”

“I ordered a football top for my grandson on 6th December 2022, costing £112, I still have not received the top. I have emailed numerous times, but they do not respond. Asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, still waiting 😡 I am now taking legal advice”

“This company is terrible. Won't respond. Have been Paid and don't care. Can't even do track or trace. Ordered 15th December and still nothing put in perspective order placed with another company in same location 10 days ago and arrived today. Legitimate tracking provided every step. What a joke.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID I ordered a football shirt on 2nd January 2023 and it finally arrived today, 26th January. The company only contacted me when I took action on them through PayPal. They ignored emails, their voicemail on their landline was full and would not take any messages. The tracking using their own website was useless. I will never use this company again. Keep your customers informed at every stage Answer queries within 24 hours Ensure your voicemail isn’t full so that people can actually leave a message. Better still, answer the phone!”

“From December I am still waiting in refund as was advised it was processed. They sent a last season football strip instead of training top charged £47. Just about to report the matter back to my Credit card as they will raise this with the company I am advised today. Given all the terrible reviews they have I think trading standards need to get involved! Also you cannot call this company.”

“I don't believe I will ever order from this company again. Original delivery date was Jan 6, 2023. It is now January 19th and still have not received my grandsons order. Tracking is also a mess. I don't recommend this company.”

“Ordered 5 jerseys for my kids for Christmas on 11/24. Website said ships in 3-5 days or longest 28 days. Two weeks before Christmas it still didn’t ship, so I reached out. They said they were so busy with orders they couldn’t give me an estimated timeframe. They said it would be 28 days or more and then transportation time to another place before shipment- which was not mentioned. I followed up 2-3 more times with the same response that could provide no detail. These didn’t arrive by Christmas and instead of my kids getting actual gifts, they got pictures of their gifts. Another 3 weeks later we’re still waiting- but the items have “shipped”- although all of a sudden two of the five jerseys are on a back order all of a sudden for an undetermined amount of time. I now see all the bad reviews of this company and wish I had earlier on. I have lost so many hours following up on this order. If your lead time changes- you should have a notification on your website. If something is back ordered- the customer needs to know that BEFORE they order. Extremely unprofessional and feels like they are stealing money given they can not provide any kind of timing on the last two jerseys.”

“DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I ordered some Christmas gifts and none have arrived, it is now the 11th January. I've been promised a refund on 2 of the items over 2 weeks ago, and I've still not received any monies. The 3rd item, a football shirt, went into printing on the 19th December as my son requested a player name, and it's still stuck in printing with no update as to when it will be delivered at all. This has left my 10 year old without some very wanted gifts on Christmas day, and me completely out of pocket. SCAM!!”

“Ordered a lg youth Soccer jersey for my grandson and after a month they sent a medium. After sending picture of the tag and label they said it was a lg and it was my fault. Sending back to uk costs $30.00. What a racket!”
