Avoid this company Brought a hover board from UKSegboards for my daughter and to be fair after waiting nearly three weeks for it to turn up and having to chase the order no issues, the board beeps regularly and requires it to be restarted, not what you expect but does work! My younger daughter then decided she also wanted one, so ordered another and actually turned up within a week. However, the first time my daughter stepped on, it vibrated uncontrollably flung my daughter to the floor, wouldn’t go near after that. I can also reproduce the fault when putting pressure on one side of the board, which is the sort of thing you have to do! Called Segboards UK and emailed, customer service is shocking. Eventually got an email asking me to reset the board, which I did but on restarting same again and actually hit a chair and caused damage to the board. After numerous calls and emails over the course of three week arranged for it to be returned and requested a full refund, they contacted us a few days later and said that had fixed the issue and would not give a refund as the board had damage, even after they agreed that the damage had been caused while doing the reset. They eventually notified us that they will be sending the repaired board back. When it arrived we opened the box and tested the board caught everything on video, but exactly the same issue, there was a note in the box which I assume is a repair ticket suggesting you step on the board carefully! This is probably the only time we have had any good advice from them. So will be sending the board back and again asking for a full refund, will update Reviews.co.uk on how we get on. I have seen some positive comments on here and would suggest if your lucky enough to get a board that works delivered from stock then everything will be fine. If your unlucky and get a faulty board you will effectively be throwing your money away as this company will not care. Lastly, I also didn’t get a UK plug with the second board I brought.

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered hover board, came quickly initially. It was faulty so sent back. After waiting a few weeks and after numerous emails, the same one came back in the same state - vibrating and jumping around as you stepped off it. Was told daughter getting off too quick!! They sent me videos on how and how not to get off it. Sent videos back on how my daughter was getting off very slowly. Finally agreed to send new one. Still waiting and being promised delivery after delivery. Daughter paid for this out of her own money. This company should not be trading.

Please avoid this company and warn all others to steer clear. Don’t reply refuse refunds. Over priced cheap imports that are of poor quality. Customer service is appalling.

This company has the worst customer service and poor quality products! Bought a hover kart for my sons xmas he has had one shot and still waiting for it to be returned. Refused refund struggle to get a reply. Shop else where avoid this company!

I ordered a board for my daughter as a Christmas present. It turned out to be faulty. After a lot of hassle they agreed to replace it - and after chasing they sent me back the same faulty board. This has been sent back again and I am now still 2 months later chasing for a replacement or a refund and getting nowhere. They do not respond to emails and you cannot get through on the phone. I do not recommend you use this company.

Bought the seg for my son for xmas, unfortunatly came damaged sent back company sent out 2 replacements both replacements where damaged started vibrating be for you got on my son was scared to use... sent both back company is now refusing to refund my money... says 14 days to return, they will not let me speak to a manager i am told that i have to wait for the manager to read my email and then he will contact me... 2 weeks and i guess he has still not read 3 segs all damaged blamed on transit ... i would not recommend at all the customer service i have had it rediculous...

One star is too generous!! From start to finish the whole experience with UK Segboards has been a nightmare. Not only was my sons product faulty but when I returned it as per warranty conditions, I have had to make no less than 7 calls to them over the space of several weeks and at all times they advised me that they had despatched the product, but in fact they had not and to date we have still have not received anything to show for it. Absolute shambles!! They have my money but I have no product to show for it. They are a cowboy outfit and to top it off they want to fob me off with a repaired product and not a replacement. I would certainly not recommend them to anyone. Very poor aftersales care!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. FAULTY ITEM SENT OUT AND RE SENT OUT. Christmas present faulty - threw 8 year old on the floor when it malfunctioned. Returned back to them on 30th December. Told would be back in 10 days. Came back on 30th January - STILL FAULTY. SAME PROBLEM - again child pushed off and tears this time as has waited a month for it to be fixed. Its their company policy not to give a refund but not their company policy to fix faulty goods. AVOID. No manager to speak to ever and feel sorry for the staff answering the phones as no authority at all.

Ordered 2 Segways so my kids had the some both come back after three months different. ones not holding charge for ova 10 minutes dont order poor costumer service

Would give no stars if option was there. 1st segway didn't come, phoned, didn't have it in stock, ended up sending wrong colour. Segway doesn't work!! Won't hold charge, emailed, send messages via their website and took me over 6hrs in phone calls to get through. Told to fill out form in link they sent, would hear in 48hrs about collection and replacement. Still heard nothing!! My niece is heartbroken, ruined her Xmas!! Still not answering emails etc and can't get through on phone!! **** avoid at all costs **

Ordered the Bluetooth Segway received a non Bluetooth version!Express delivery paid for and took 3 weeks to turn up,was told via email this would be credited to account but still nothing and not replying to emails now!! Wouldn't use again please stay well away!

Can not believe being lied to for over a week! Given delivery slots and dispatch information for it all to be lies. Ordered in November and still waiting. If there was a problem with stock I should have been told! Have other items that I was going to order but definitely going elsewhere now!!

Absoloutley discussed in the lack of service I have received. I ordered a purple chrome Bluetooth Segway 2 weeks ago and constantly being told it will be despatched the next day. live chat tells me to email however all my emails are being ignored. Phone line isn't being answered as it's an answering service played on a loop. Segway is for my Daughter Christmas and in absoloutley discusted that ibhavent received anything to confirm a delivery date. I've been promised emails from DPD which I have not been sent. Absoloute disgrace considering I was told i would have my item delivered by the 10th of December.

Ordered the Hummer Hoverboard on the 29th Nov website said express delivery and had to pay £9.99 for this recieved the board on the 14th Dec not very express in my opinion Opened the box to find it labelled as a smart balance wheel,no key fob,a poorly written user manual and nothing to say that it had a Samsung battery installed Spoke to customer services that I want a full refund which they have agreed to but I have to pay to have it couried back before they will refund my money In my opinion and after some reading online about hover boards that have smart balance wheel on the box and poorly written user manuals and that there is no Samsung logo on any of the box or user manual I would be very carefull about buying from this company

I Ordered a Segway for my daughter from this site, and it's been a complete nightmare, they just constantly tell you lies. I was told my board would be here on the 27th November it did not arrive on time for my daughters birthday, I cancelled my order I've still got no money back in my account, I've phoned and spoke to someone 3 times now to be told they will put it in and send me a email conferming this, but no emails or money, how can they just take your money and not give it back

Can't get through to this company on the phone, answering machine just plays on a loop, Looks like they are a complete scam. They have stopped replying to to emails and there is no way to contact them. I'm reporting to the police today unless I'm contacted. Spend £319 on bundle and they kept promising they'd deliver but now obvious they are scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! GIVEN AROUND 8 DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATES AND STILL NO ITEM. THEY STOP ANSWERING YOU ON LIVE CHAT AND TO GET THROUGH ON THE PHONE IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEIR ADDRESS GIVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE IS ALSO FAKE. AM HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE BANK TO GET MONEY BACK AND AM REPORTING TO POLICE FOR THEIR FALSE ADDRESS AND THEFT. AVOID!!! DISCUSTING TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE SO CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS WHEN THEY KNOW THEY ARE GIFTS!!
