Still no refund... I have had to resort to claim via small claims court. Very difficult to deal with, they have admitted that they owe me a refund to the courts, but still no payment. Very disappointed

I have ordered 3 classic segways with go kart seats. 2 of the segways work as advertised and my children love them. The third segway after initially starting for one hour would not accept a charge or restart. These were all Xmas presents, opened on Xmas day. I am now in dispute with them over a refund.

I ordered my daughter a hoverboard with Go Kart attachment for her main Christmas present on black Friday. On the 23rd Dec I opened the go kart attachment to put together for my daughter opening on Christmas day, to discover that the go kart sections were all damaged with scratches and scuffs to all 4 sections of the to go kart, which needed to be fitted together. I emailed right away and got an automated response. My query was simply could she use the go kart and I either return after Christmas or I was willing to accept a partial refund recognising that it was very close to 25th dec and I wasn't going to realistically receive a new go kart in time for the big day. I sent pictures and have sent 2 further emails on 28th dec 18 and 3rd jan 2019 and still not had no response. My daughter was disappointed that she has been unable to use what was her main present due to a sheer lack of communication. I have not even had a smiple use the go kart as we will provide a partial refund or do not use the go kart otherwise we cannot replace. I have tried to ring and emailed 3 times now for a simple response, as to what I am to do and to no avail. Aftersales is none existent. This is terrible customer service especially when they have sent me automated responses saying they are open on the days I have emailed. JOKE!!!

Over 100 5* reviews in less that 4 hrs.....when all the others were slating this company....something doesn't sit right there. Just put my claim in to small claims court due to this company selling dangerous goods and refusing to refund. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

absolutely horrific company....refuses to refund on faulty product even though fault was reported with 14 days...refuses to acknowledge sale of goods act 2015...am now starting proceedings with trading standards and for good measure will also be putting in a claim for personal injury due to being thrown off board when it came to a sudden halt and put family member on crutches for a week due to twisted ankle....all can be proven with xrays and hospital notes

Carefully think before buying from these guys. No idea if the actual product is good or not, not received it yet. Communication is woeful, they don’t reply to emails. Nice people while you speak to them on the phone - they just don’t do anything they say they will. A real shame. I hope it improves, I will let you know. I will not use these guys again.

Had the hoverboard for only a few months when it developed a fault. Contacted the company who said I had to arrange to post it back myself or buy their pre-paid return label for £17.50 to send it back, when it developed a fault under the warranty! They would not pay for the return leaving me no choice but to send it back or have a £300-foot rest!! Apparently, it is in their Terms that the customer has to pay for the return, Customer Service was not helpful and came across rude. Also delivered it to the wrong address that I requested on the return label. I would not recommend this company.

Dear Mark, Thank you for your honest opinion. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. Your product is covered by a 12 months warranty if any faults have developed. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost for collection and resending the item to you as we this is our standard policy. Many online companies also have the same policy. We take all complaints very seriously and will be looking further into your comments. Again please be rest assured that we are always looking to improve our service as a company and hope you will buy from us again.

I would rate 0 if I could, in my experience you are worst company I have ever dealt with! After a lot chewing on I eventually got a full refund for a faulty item from yourselves. You took the money quick as a flash and very very slow to return after also being wrongly accused on damaging the goods which you eventually agreed I couldn't have done. Frankly even if you offered £200 off the next purchase I wouldn't be interested.

Hi, Was not impressed with the service at all, wrote an email straight after we received the segway board but got a very sharp reply back that nothing can be done, problem was not with a board itself which works ok the problem was with the bag for segway board which came damaged, I supplied photos and asked for replacement but I was told basically to stay with the damaged bag as they couldn't supply a new.

We brought one for our son’s 8th birthday unfortunately our daughter fell off within the first 10 minutes of being on it, which resulted with a broken wrist being pinned. After this the Segway has never been taken back out on the box, and our son missed his birthday due to us all being in hospital. We know they can be fantastic fun but for us we don’t have the confidence to use it again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought The Ultimate Hummer Monster bundle for my son's birthday. I received the Hoverboard and Hoverkart on 16/05/18. I opened the boxes and all looked good. I then wrapped the Hoverboard and Hoverkart, still in their boxes, as it was much easier to wrap boxes. My son was thrilled to receive The Ultimate Hummer Monster bundle. He went to school and we set to on building the Hoverkart. This is where the problems begin: The Hoverkart is poorly manufactured with visible faults and no instructions. I phoned and reported the faults. I emailed the requested photos. No response and no promised instructions. Whilst waiting for the instructions we checked over the Hoverboard. The remote control did not work. The board would not switch off. I then decided to try the board. Big mistake. It went completely out of control and I broke my left wrist in 5 places. Now I cannot drive. The charging port then promptly slipped into the housing unit at a strange angle. Now we cannot even charge the Hoverboard. I phoned again and sent an email with photos of the charging point as requested. I did not hear back from them until I had sent numerous emails pleading to respond. Finally they sent me a DPD returns label to take to a drop off point. I cannot drive and struggled to get the board back to them, very inconvenient since the problems were not my fault. Finally I received the so called repaired Hoverboard (as this is all they were prepared to fix and not replace the Hoverkart) and it was exactly the same as when I sent it to them...grrr! More calls, more emails and more requested photos sent and of course no response. I asked for a full refund because by now I still had a Hoverboard and Hoverkart that was unusable and substandard. Of course my son is frustrated and upset too about the situation. Several emails later and still asking for a refund, I got a reply. "No we can't give a refund, here's another prepaid DPD label and no we can't pick up from home". I read the Terms and Conditions and was infuriated to see any returns had to be within 14 days. Ridiculously unfair for such expensive items. More emails requesting, wanting and demanding a full refund and no response again. I would happily return the Hoverboard and Hoverkart as they are substandard and rubbish. This situation is still on going without a reasonable resolution. This company is appalling. The customer service is dreadful (if you get a response) and I have been treated unfairly and without any consideration to my circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Really should of read reviews on trust pilot before I ordered, was in a rush to order quickly for next day and didn’t really think about, so wished I did. Their customer service is shocking, infact it’s worse. Read the returns policy for what it’s worth. My board failed within 7 days, started to turn on & off by own accord, motor was shaking, one point I couldn’t turn the thing off and had to leave it in the garage because of the German Bluetooth voice start-up sound is so loud.. this board is dangerous, after a while I managed to get the company to collect item, after that they went quite, promised on several occasions to send replacement, when I asked for refund they refused so now it’s in the hands of trading standards, Birmingham and probably send mail to watchdog too... do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else, this company has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. If you board works great but if it fails then you got real problems, ask them before you buy..

Terrible I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 Do not buy from this company. Manufactures faults occurred on board, which made it spin out of control which is very dangerous and spun in to wall causing damage on board. Company said I had to report damage within 14 days but it didn’t happen then so I didn’t!! Refuse to fix damage on board caused by manufactures fault. Customer service terrible and couldn’t care less this board was extremely dangerous! Avoid this company
