“Segway is working great my son loves it but hooverboard is broken and because was purchased more than 14 days as was christmas present ordered end of november. I had to pay £17.50 to send back and had to get item to nearest dlp pick up point also not collected from door, which is a pain as its not a light item. I hope they can repair or replace item asap”

“Daughter loves using it. However the wheels can get very hot and the Bluetooth speaker crackles and cuts out a lot. But this doesn’t bother her and as she enjoys using it I would want to return it and her go without.”

“every thing sort of ok looks and feels well put together its to sensitive for me a beginner works buitifully on really smooth surfaces just disapointed i can not connect the app to the board the bluetooth audio is fine but unable to adjust the controls and get the app to work as it should. tao tao 4.1 samsung s6 last on the subject was you were contacting the suppliers ???? any help please”

“This was a bday gift and I was sadly disappointed to receive the Segway with the body work damaged in a few places. Tried to sort with the company via email, but because my daughter didn’t open it for a few weeks after buying it, it was to late for the company to help me, but on a more positive note my daughter absolutely loves it.”

“Overall this is a good product, its fast, smooth and quiet, battery charges quick and lasts long (not sure exactly how long it lasts as it has never. completely run out) the bluetooth works fine. We have the chrome silver & it scrapes off quite easily. Otherwise no issues.”

“It's a really reliable segboard turns off after fully charging so is fire safe. Has a good battery life and runs at a decent speed would recommend this product”

“I ordered my Segway on Tuesday 19/07/16 at 10:30 pm i received my Segway on 21/07/16 delivery fast and they keep u informed my order came when promised the order is correct still to test it out as its for my sons birthday next week”

“Delivery was very quick,two days at most.intrustions abit hard to understand but basically charge up when red light shows on paddle.when you charge ,the charger will have red light as well this will turn green when complete 1-3 hours.thought i,d made the biggest mistake of my life as it was a present for my ten year old but little practise goes on it now he's zooming around everywhere.best thing I have ever bought him.thank you .you have made his birthday the best.”
