“I'm not normally one for writing reviews, I just buy stuff and expect it to be delivered when the seller says it will, but in this case I am making an exception. I have to say that Mark from DFB went above and beyond the other day when I rang up at 4pm to find out what time cuto-off was for orders to be despatched that day. His response was, "unfortunately about half an hour ago. But the courier is actually still here at this moment. If you like, I will ask him to hang on while we sort your order out", As I needed the items for an event the next day, I gratefully accepted his offer, I then paid for the items over the phone and (having thanked Mark again) went on my way. Sure enough, about an hour later I got a confirmation text from the courier to say they had my order and confirming delivery the next day. As expected, the order arrived next morning, just as I was promised. Exceptional customer service all round. Thank you Mark, and all involved.”

“I ordered some moving heads from here and unfortunately they were delivered damaged. Customer service was great sorting out a return and within a few days I received the lights back repaired perfectly! Couldn’t even see where the damage was. Definitely be using this company again and would recommend them to others”

“The products are very competitively priced, and with very knowledgable staff. Nothing is too much for these guys. Highly recommended, and ordering online is such a doddle. Fantastic display of kit in the showroom, means you could spend hours in here, and soon empty your wallet 😉”
