Good Morning Linda, Please be advised that we contacted you via our Sales Email to advise that this order could be refunded or you could have a replacement, as the order went back to the depot. as you advised in your email to us. Unfortunately, we did not receive any contact back from you on this matter. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

“Placed order 10 days ago and still waiting for delivery. Called UK Tools on 2 occasions but no answer, left voicemails still no response. On third call managed to speak with some who is currently checking on what went wrong…….no feedback yet. Very poor service and delivery on this occasion.”

“You failed completely to deliver my order WEB6087-421 in spite of numerous phone call to you and your courier DHL who gave us numerous delivery slots none of which they fulfilled. They they informed you that the consignment was damaged. At that point you agreed to get the package back and refund my money back to my card once you had it back . DHL informed me that they had returned the consignment to you on 10 July 2023 but you still have not refunded my money 7 days later . This is a very poor performance and I still await my refund”
