“The price was right, the lock correct, but unfortunately another member ordered a replace lock, but no trouble UK toolbox excepted the cancellation and refunded me in full straight away without charges. Good customer service”

“Product is great. Paid for next day delivery on the Friday but didn’t come until Monday. Contacted the team but got the brush off. They said the wording in the delivery info is clear it isn’t. They should not have given the option to select next day when it wasn’t possible. I didn’t get my money back even though it was free delivery on a standard time which would have meant I would have received the product 9n the Mon or Tues.”

“Price was the reason for my purchase of a Workmate it was very competitive. Delivery was very quick, but the couriers managed to damage the item during transit. I contacted UKtoolbox customer service who couldn’t have been more helpful. Within two days I had a replacement and the defective item was collected.”

I’ve never used UKToolBox before so was a little hesitant to use this untested supplier, however with many good service reviews and the best price I could find for a Fiskars PowerGear™ X Telescopic Tree Pruner UPX86 FSK1023624 I decided to trust them with my £100+ purchase. Free delivery, fast shipping and a well packed product, I couldn’t fault the service. I must admit that the Fiskars PowerGear™ X Telescopic Tree Pruner UPX86 FSK1023624 hasn’t lived up to my expectations but it is the most suitable product I could find for high level pruning. Thanks again to the team at UK Toolbox, I’ll certainly be happy to recommend you and buy from you again.”

“Unusual for me to give a review, but on this occasion I consider it essential, as I am so, impressed by the performance of both Toolbox and Sealey. I bought as a birthday present for my young grandson, a Sealey Pillar Drill, this was given to him last Saturday, but unfortunately, it was faulty. The following Monday I contacted Sealey. Without any quibble they said a replace would be sent. It arrived the folowing day, and the faulty article was picked up by their courier on Wednesday. Amazing response and action. My thanks to all involved.”
