I haven’t yet received them! You’re asking for a review several days after I ordered them but they haven’t yet arrived.

Dear Claire Thank you for your recent order, and also for your review. Whilst Royal Mail is trying to maintain normal postal services, we are hearing that there are severe delays to deliveries all over the country. ​ Normal deliveries and collections should take place in all parts of the UK. However, despite Royal Mail's best efforts, some parts of the country may experience varying levels of delivery disruption. This is due to Coronavirus-related absences and necessary social distancing measures; such as reducing the number of people together in shared spaces and vehicles. We're sorry for any inconvenience but, Royal Mail is working hard to keep any delays to a minimum, all the while keeping their people and customers safe. I can see however, the tracking advises that the order was delivered today. I hope this explains the current situation a little better, and we thank you for your patience at this challenging time. Hi Paul, I can see that your order was placed on 01/01/2021. All in-stock items were dispatched to you next working day (04/01/2021) and delivered on 06/01/2021. Your 3 x Charnos 24/7 Sheer Stockings 2 Pair Pack showed as "awaiting stock, due in 10-20 days" on the website at the time of ordering. However, I regret that this product wasn't included in our recent delivery, but we have another order pending with Charnos, due in approximately 1 week. The product I purchased was the dearest of it's kind on the site, which I did thinking the quality of the tights material would be great. They were not and very similar to a pair I'd bought for £6. Very disappointing

Placed order 13 days ago and nothing has arrived. I questioned with customer service and they sent an email telling me they had now emailed me a tracking reference. They haven't. Replied to say this was the case. No response. Sent a new email about missing items. No response. I've no idea if my order will turn up or not. They have taken my money on day 1, of course.

Dear Mr J, I'm very sorry if there has been some delay in reply and crossed wires. Our Technical Director receives customer queries through Amazon when the order has been placed with Amazon Pay. He then forwards these queries to our Customer Service team, so that we can respond. I sent you a detailed email about 5 minutes before you posted your review. This included your tracking number. You placed your order on the 9th and it was dispatched on the 10th. Regrettably, there hasn't been an update to Royal Mail's tracking since your order was sent, so we'll be glad to reship your order. I have taken look at the tracking for your order, and I can see that it reached your local delivery office yesterday. Normal deliveries and collections should take place in all parts of the UK. Bought Charnos support tights Black, Long, supposedly for 6ft long legs!!!This was according to sizing on website. I am not fat, just tall, they ended halfway up my thighs!!! Waste of money, straight in the bin!!!

Not very impressed, ordered two pairs of the 'Golden Lady' Luxury 200 tights to find that one pair had these two holes in the gusset... Why?

If you're expecting a beautifully uniform opaque look, you'll be somewhat disappointed. These are patchy looking distressed tights, not the classy look suggested on the imaging.

I have still not received 2 of the items and as I paid through your Amazon App, I did not receive an itemized order confirmation, so unable to provide you with an order number. The funds have been taken from my account for all 3 items, so please advise when the other 2 will be delivered?

I actually sent you an e mail on receiving tights as the holdup top was the complete wrong colour from advertisement and packaging on front. The pattern was teal as was underwear I had purchased to go with them and tops were bright green

When I received my order, unfortunately both pairs of tights were damaged and unable to be worn. They were both torn at the top and cannot be used.

No idea what the tights are like as they still haven't arrived. I received an email saying they'd be delivered on Saturday between 08:04 and 12:04. It's now Monday and no sign.

I feel received by your company. I understood from the information that the tights were made in UK. Instead the tights received were made in Italy. I am passionate about buying goods made in UK to support British manufacturing so was very disappointed.

However, please could you let me know where you saw that the Charnos Opaque 60 Denier Matt Tights are made in the UK? The product page on our website doesn't indicate this and the product pack says that they are made in Italy. I wonder whether you may have inferred this because our website is called UK Tights? If I could rate it 0 stars I would. These tights look like a knock off to the image. The tight material to make the line isn't straight. They don't sit centralised, also they aren't the correct sizing. I am the lowest size they suggest for the plus size tights and they don't fit they are too small. I have emailed UK Tights however they haven't got back to me. Don't waste your money, trust me!
