“Overall simple and clear process. A couple things could be better portrayed for those that are not as familiar with number plate regulations. Firstly, the fact that you need the proof of ownership documents to receive the plates however they take your money before making that clear. Secondly, the number plate preview doesn’t show the small writing at the bottom of the plate that has the seller name on it. I was expecting a nice clean plate with just my reg number on it as that is what the website preview showed but it’s been soiled with small print along the bottom edge of the plate. That should be included in the preview image in my opinion.”

“The number plates were of good quality and the fitting kit lacked only a set of plastic set screws. The small self-tappers supplied may not be the most secure. We noted that your turnaround was very quick but the 48 Hour Post office service lets your service down.”

“Easy to order and prompt delivery. Number plate looks great. The only downside was it wasn’t easy to take the protective green wrap off the front of the plate. Do it before you fix the plate on . Otherwise all good so far.”

“Easy to use website, simple choices available with clear pricing and ordering systems. We did struggle a little with getting the documents accepted - I didn't read it properly and submitted my own duvets licence when the car is my husbands name - and there is a little delay before you get the message to say it's been accepted, but this is fine and I don't have an issue with this having to happen ... to stop the thefts of vehicles it seems sensible. The plate arrived promptly within a few days, well packaged without being ott, and the plate is clear and all good. Sticky pads on the base but we will screw through ourselves. Overall very satisfied thank you.”

“It is very straight forwards to order but:- I order a standard square plate for a trailer and to be honest, the alignment of the two rows could be better. It's not a disaster but it is slightly .... odd! It strikes me as odd that when I have a V5C, which has both the vehicle chassis number and my address on it, do you require a second proof of address?”
