I recently purchased a Broadway BW1 from UK Pianos. I'm very happy with the instrument and for the features included in that price bracket it represents great value for money and is an ideal purchase for someone of intermediate skills on the keyboard. Delivery was prompt and exactly as specified with excellent communication and assistance. They took away my old instrument, helped me set up the new one and even removed the packaging. The service I received from UK Pianos was exemplary and top class, I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company, if you are an intermediate piano student looking for a new instrument I would strongly encourage you to purchase from them.

I would definitely highly recommend to go elsewhere, this company is really unprofessional and completely lacking costumer service. In January 2016 I agreed to rent a piano, paid the deposit and I was really looking forward to enjoying my new purchase. Very soon one of the speakers started to make a scratchy sound and I contacted UK piano several times without any response but since I only used the piano occasionally I wasn’t really bothered about it. Years passed by and I was still a happy paying costumer. because of the pandemic I obviously started to look in to my expenses and I therefore contacted UK piano in May 2021 and agreed on a payment plan to purchase and own my piano to minimise my costs. Once again no one got back to me about the scratchy sound, The Piano was originally £2400 And the Stool £250 made a total of £2650. On agreement I paid a deposit of £530 so that left me with a balance of £2120. Since I been a long term customer we agreed on a payment plan of a additional 12 months of 95.00 of monthly payments that made a grand total of 65 payments of £95 leading up to A total of £6175, £6705 with deposit. This was absolutely my choice and I was happy with the agreement, as a costumer I could have sorted this earlier or made other arrangements but I decided that this was my best solution even though my speaker was faulty. On the 15 June 2021 I emailed Thom*s to make sure I had cleared all my payments and I officially owned my piano. I also called several times but he was always busy and away from the office so I never heard back from him. On the 13 October, 4 months after my last attempt to contact UK piano I received an email saying I owe them 3x£95 a total of £285 for missed payments, As I did question this per writing and phone calls I obviously got no response or any update what so ever and thought I leave it. February 19th, This is when tipsy Hel*n probably ran out of cash and Chardonnay and thought it was a great idea to finally email me back on a Saturday night 8pm, severely misspelled and impolite claiming they will collect my piano following week. Wow just wow! This is again after paying my piano for 65 months without any delay or any dispute and never complaint about the poor customer service broken speaker or really poor communication. There is several other companies that rent or sell pianos, this is absolutely not one that I recommend. If you need any other recommendations feel free to contact me! Niklas

Terrible company. Firstly, when I bought the piano on a hire to purchased basis. After the hire had finished they didn’t take out the final balance. 2 years later I get an email threatening I will be taken to court for “non-payment”....IT’S YOUR JOB TO TAKE THE FINAL BALANCE. Secondly, after 1,5 years of owning the vehicle the sustain pedal stopped working. There’s no way it should have stopped working that soon. Specially after hardly being used. Emailed the company, they suggested what was wrong, but offered no solution to help. Absolutely gutted, all in all poor service and would not recommend this company.

So much for next day delivery! Its been about a week now since I placed my order and there is no sign of my piano stool yet. How many days do these people expect me to sit at home waiting for delivery - it's a total joke! They don't even the good manners to ring me and tell me that the delivery is delayed.

Never ever buy a piano from UK Pianos. They lied about a 60 days change of mind return policy. They delivered the piano and took away the boxes without my permission and not willing to return. We are fighting the case in court now. We ended up in misery this company tries to steal your hard earned money. Never ever buy they are racists and liars. Promising a lot and not fullfilling anything. They stole our monies and made us end up in misery. Be warned never ever buy from UK Pianos.

Hey Graham My name is Rigby, I had asked a friend of mine, Bruce, to leave you a message yesterday on my behalf about comparing 2 pianos as I thought I wouldn't have access to the internet for a while but I'm in luck! Bruce passed on to me your reply this morning regarding the Roland HP508 and Yamaha CLP575. I just wanted to say Thank You Very Much!! For responding so attentively and also for the depth of the response which you had provided. With this you have helped me make up my mind and I shall be purchasing the Roland HP508 (I have had my eye on it's predecessor, the HP507 for quite some time and am very pleased that a newer model has just been released). And to answer your question, I have been looking for a while on a few different sites such as GAX and Thomann for example but I think I will go ahead and purchase this wonderful piano from you Graham (ukpianos). Thomann sells the roland a little less but your customer service regarding each of your pianos and the information from experience that you personally are able to provide on your products is fantastic and unmatched from what I can tell from every other site I've been on. I have also read your Digital Piano Buyers Guide which had so much critical information and answered so many questions that I had regarding digital pianos. I very much appreciate your time and effort in writing this and again, Thanks for going the extra mile! Many Regards, Rigby Mcloughlin
