“Paid in advance , never turned up customer service appalling, requested a refund was told it would take 28 days it’s been nearly 2 months , do not reply back to emails . Do not waste your time with this company avoid at all costs”
“Paid them in advance to clean an oven in a house we were moving out of, they did not turn up, did not tell us they were not turning up and have not processed our refund despite multiple request for them to do so and multiple lies being told by their staff they would process the refund. It is two months now so we are going to report them for fraud/theft.”

“I had a appointment with today for them to valeted my oven they was here less than 20 minutes, when thay said thay was all done I went to check what was done and what I saw I was not happy with at all so I phone them up and told them what i saw what I was not happy with I told them and she gave me there email address and told me to send pictures and i did along with a reference number thay give me and she said she get back to me currys need to change the valeting service provider im not happy about it at all now i have todo it myself and I should not have to at all no one should isn't that wat thay get paid for right UK oven cleaners don't even deserve 1 star”
“I was booked in to have my oven cleaned on Monday 5th October 2021, they came in about 9am he looked at the oven and said I'm not cleaning this it's going to take all day.While he was here all he cleaned was the door and the shelf, he was only here for 15 minutes I asked him before he started the oven has he got a lot of jobs to do, he said he has 10 oven to clean today as uk oven says on it's website it takes approximately 2 hours for each oven this guy had 10 ovens to do today that would be 20 hours just to clean the ovens with out travelling to the each destination, I phoned uk ovens cleaners they said and quote you will have to clean it yourself then we will be back out to finish it off, what a joke, if you have a carpet and needs cleaning you would get a carpet cleaner out what are they going to say it's to dirty to clean you will have to do it it's self. Not the best company very bad curry's should change the contract,with uk oven cleaners to be in the house for 15 minutes what a rubbish service.”
“Dreadful cleaning job! left scratches but said they were there already. Cleaning product left in the oven and not even wiped off. So many parts weren’t even cleaned at all! I did it afterwards. A five year old could do better. Really poor communication too, they didn’t turn up the first time having waited in all day. If I had to pay for this I wouldn’t have done, Currys should get a new contract with someone else.”
