“I had issues using the website to submit my dental claim so emailed my concern. I was dealt with by an Officer called Deborah Morrey. She advised I completed and email the form which I did and she arranged for my payment which I received within the week. She kept me informed until conclusion. Excellent service.”

“I submitted an inaccurate invoice for repayment. I was contacted the next working day to let me know there was a problem. I was able to sort it out and resubmit the invoice and you have cleared my claim for payment. I am delighted with both the speed of your response and the courtesy with which yiu handled things. Thank you.”
