“What a disaster. Left a long window for the product to arrive in time for the fitter. Kept on being told there was no problem with the order and it would be arriving on time only to find that I had been lied to and they could not source the product (after the fitter had already started!). Went with another company who provided us with a bath within 24 hours so disaster averted but a dreadfully stressful experience all round.”

“UK Bathrooms have a good selection of items and for that reason alone is why I have used them. I do find however, if I ever needed to talk to their customer service dept they need to brush up on their person skills, I have found them to be quite rude. I have the feeling of dread if something goes wrong. There advertising is misleading too, their price looks great against certain items but when you go into the website what you see advertised with a price next to it, is incorrect, there are lots of add ons to get the look of what the item is, as much as £300 more.”
