“Placed a large order of multiple items, arrived on a pallet with a shower riser bar sticking out and one end damaged. A week on from reporting damaged item and still no contact regarding a replacement. When contacting after sales the person I spoke to didn't want to do anything about a replacement abd told me to email pictures of the damaged item that has not been responded to. Now can't get through to speak to anyone in after sales. Quite frankly this is ridiculous that I have spent a week trying to get this dealt with when I'm not at fault in the first place.”

“We ordered a new shower enclosure. It was very securely packed and contained all the many parts necessary for correct assembly. My installer had no difficulty following the detailed instructions and installation was complete in about half a working day.”

“The problem I had was with the delivery, with the delivery contractor sending an email on the due date to say they were sorry they had missed me. I had waited in or the delivery and was disappointed to receive their email. Delivery was completed the following day.”
