“I made a large order for our bathroom and they were extremely efficient and even staggered the delivery times to delay for the second fix. Keen pricing and excellent service.”

“All received ok thank you, communication could have been better, once order placed didn’t hear any more until a call from logistic company to say can they deliver item. Just an email confirmation could have been sent to say it’s out for delivery. Thank you”

“Crosswater bifold shower door was a bit of a fiddle to install as the gap we have is very close to the minimum of the adjustable size range. Only reason I gave it four stars, not five was because delivery was delayed by a fortnight but it wasn't an issue.”

“I found the website easy to use with all the technical information I needed to satisfy myself that the toilet seat would fit my toilet. Ordering was straightforward and the item was delivered with in 5 days safely packed against damage in transit. The installation instructions were brief but adequate and the seat was easy to install. It replaces a previous seat of the same description which was about 14 years old.”

“Received quickly, packing around the extractor fan, in the delivery box, would have been preferable, as it was rattling around. However, managed to receive safely. Waiting for electrician to install. Happy with the service provided.”
