The technician was very personable knowledgeable and very efficient in his diagnosis and repair. He gave good advice about the thermostats in the other rooms too.

I would definitely recommend this company. The engineer was really friendly and helpful, he quickly diagnosed the problem with the thermostat and promptly replaced it. He then patiently showed me how to use the new thermostat and set up my timings. I now have working UFH in my bathroom for the first time in ages. Vicky and the other people I spoke to in the office, were really helpful and communicated really well. All in all a great services.

UFH have been amazing, they were so knowledgeable, quick, efficient, tidy, communication was excellent - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Arrived on time. As advised and kept up to date by Vicky at UHU. Doug the engineer located the two faults using some amazing equipment. Fixed both faults. Hooray… with relatively little disturbance. Now got functioning heating. Was terribly worried that it might not be fixable. Was worth pursuing fixing the mats as at times I wondered if I would need replace with electric panel heaters, as advised by my electrician. Thank you

Have yet to find if the repair worked because I have to leave the latex mortar for three days to set but I am confident it will. Engineer arrived on time and quickly got to work on what he said was a difficult job due to the age of the floor and the fact that it was covered by dense Chinese Slate but he found the break in circumstances that I am not sure I would have found it. Although he credits the tools he has, I found his skill far more impressive. Work completed in 3 hours. Only problem I had was in paying as they do not take American Express but they don't mention this too you beforehand.

Prompt, on time arrival. Good communication from the team on what to expect and when to expect it. Professional tradesmen who worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up afterwards and bagged up the rubble ready for me to dispose of as described by the operator who booked in the call out. They have successfully fixed 2 heat mats on 2 separate occasion in different parts of the house for different faults. 100% success rate for me! It’s a lot cheaper than a whole new tiled floor and all the cost and mess involved with a major job like that. Would recommend.

We were notified Doug was on his way on the day and arrived in a timely manner. Identified the issue we had and fixed the heating with this one visit. Very friendly and customer focussed engineer who provides a very professional approach to his work and cares about delivering a 'great customer experience'. Also explained what had been done wrong by the initial people that had installed the heating system and what else was required when our builders come back to finish off the external work required as the issue is under our bath. Thanks Doug for a quality please of work

We had to wait a while for an appointment but once made Doug was prompt, friendly and worked quickly and throughly. He helped us set up a new thermostat and gave good advice about operating the floor. Left the room very clean. I would recommend this company.

Very satisfied customer. Vicki was extremely helpful in making the arrangements and advising us. Doug was very helpful in identifying the problem and resolving it. It was a return visit and I was not charged. Would definitely use UFH again and would certainly recommend. Well done UHF and many thanks.

Engineer, Doug, was on time (having left Kent very early to get to Swansea by 8am), very efficient and personable. The fault location was located in around 45 minutes, underneath the ceramic tiles in the kitchen. There was no way to repair without breaking one of the tiles to get at the fault. Doug cleaned a she went along and left the kitchen in a clean state. I'd use UFH agian.

When my kitchen underfloor heating stopped working I thought we’d have to take up the whole floor to replace it. We came across UFH ‘s website by accident. Doug came and within the hour located the piece of damaged wire, took off a small piece of tile and repaired it. The floor is back to normal lovely and hot. Fantastic job done . And shoutout to Vicky who was so helpful talking through everything. Definitely recommend them

UFH provided a great service from booking through the site visit to issuing the report and taking payment. It was all so much more straight forward than we though it would be. Booking in was simple and the site engineer was so reassuring, friendly, professional and tidy. They explained everything really well and i felt really confident in their ability to sort out the problem with the minimum fuss and difficulty. I would highly recommend the service.

On time, on the right day; with an excellent range of likely tools (with plenty more in his van), and a careful, cautious but informed attitude. The engineer KNEW what he was doing; he had no need to pretend, talk in jargon or claim unlikely experience to make an impression. He didn't seem to have done very much, when he was finally ready to leave, but a quick recap showed he'd investigated, tested or inspected everything he was expected to cover. And his report tied upk all of the questions that I'd raised, while proposing a way forward with the remaining one yet to be resolved. Overall, an impressive, authoritative and satisfying visit. And the system was hot again, when he left....
