“I couldn’t find anyone in Yorkshire to come and investigate my problem bathroom floor. I contacted UFH never thinking they would come from Kent. Within a few days of my enquiry, Vicky offered me a slot as Brad would be passing through Leeds. He was brilliant. Located the problem immediately, fixed it, tidied up and went on his way. I have been so impressed with this company and now need to find someone to retile. If only UFH had tilers!! Excellent service with a smile.”

“We’ve had a problem with our underfloor heating under the new floor in the kitchen for many months, and were waiting for the installer to resolve it. Eventually we decided to cut our losses and try to resolve it ourselves. We found UFH services and from then on, the problem started to go away. The first thing to know was that the problem could be located to within a few centimetres of the source, so the whole floor doesn’t have to come up. Brad was the friendly cavalry who turned up and had the fault identified in a few minutes. Half an hour later the problem had been sorted, the kitchen was clean and tidy, and we just have to replace one small piece of tile. Very impressed and relieved that we will now have a warm floor in the kitchen this winter. Thanks to Brad and Vicky for helping us so quickly.”

“Made enquiry and bokking done in less than 30 mins. Brad the engineer came out in less than 1 week. Very professional and friendly. Did job amazingly well and tidied up afterwards. Really happy with level of service from Brad and Vicky from the office”

“Was looking on line for a company to repair underfloor heating. Found UFH. Phoned UFH at 11am on Tue 29th Aug 23. Spoke to Sue and asked to speak to Vicky. She was on another call, but phoned me back in minutes. What a lovely person Vicky was. I explained that I had electric underfloor heating and suspected two zones had failed. Vicky said she had just the man to fix it, Brad. At 0830 the next day (yes the next day) Brad arrived. What a nice man he was (he even let our little dog jump all over him). Brad did a full diagnostic of all our zones, included the control box and outside sensor. He confirmed two zones had failed. He gave us a price to fix which we thought most reasonable and he confirmed he could do the work there and then. Using his infrared machine he located the faults to an accuracy of an area the size of a pound coin. He moved furniture for us rolled back carpets and underlay and excavated the fault areas. Both fault were a result of installation issues 20 years ago. He then did the repairs removed the rubble and filled the holes. We were advised to wait 4hrs before putting carpets and furniture back. The work was all finished by midday. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”

“I was very fortunate to be offered a cancellation within 2/3 working days of making contact. The repair was done on time and took less than an hour. It was very straightforward and was tested as working. The testing is amazing and narrows the fault down to one tile, hence minimal floor repair post visit. Price seemed very reasonable and less than I had expected.”

“Every person I spoke to along the way to getting my flooring fixed were polite and helpful. It was so much easier than I was expecting! The price I felt was very reasonable and the service on the day by a chap call Brad was exemplary. He explained the process and what was going to happen so I wasn’t too shocked to have a concrete hole in my lounge. Everything was tested and fixed within a few hours. Absolutely a gold star review for this company.”

“The technician arrived and within minutes located 2 spots / 2 matts that failed to operate. The cut into the floor was minimal. He instructed the carpenter how to cut through and rewired the matts to the circuit breaker. All was done professionally, and the wooden tiles were reinstalled perfectly. Bottom line - outstanding service, and very professional.”
