“If I could give Julia 100 stars I would. She has gone above and beyond for me over the last few days to help in anyway she can. I truly appreciate her expertise and time she’s spent talking me through things. She replies to my emails lightening fast also which makes a huge difference to a small business owner who isn’t very tech savvy. Julia you are a credit to UENI 🤩 I appreciate you. Thank you. Jan”

“Customer service at UENI is wonderful, they call themselves the Happiness Team, and they represent this title 100%. They always ask the right questions to fix your problem. I worked with several other web services, and UENI is by far the best for small businesses. Sometimes I have complicated problems and other times my issues are self-created, In either situation, I always feel listened to and they are never condescending. They are a dream come true for me.”

“The customer service on live chat is amazing. I am updating my website and had questions about design layouts, fonts, icons and etc. I am not sure how the "request edits" feature is supposed to help. I requested edits about 3 days ago and UENI says it takes about 3 working days to address the edits, but I needed answers and edits immediately. So, I tried the live chat instead and Jessica (customer service rep.) quickly responded to and understood my requests. She was on standby whenever I had questions and directed me to another team when the edits, she made based on my request were not showing up on the live website. UENI is a great website builder and Jessica was pleasant and very helpful.”

“I'm in the process of upgrading/updating my UENI website but has some questions about the editing process. I did not have to wait long to connect with Ellie via UENI chat. I expressed concern on how to change my business name and email and wanted additional assistance. Ellie quickly communicated that because I signed up for the UNEI Launch Plan, I would receive an email on how to initiate the editing process and also receive a one-on-one call session with an advisor who will help me finalize all editing updates for my website. I was appreciative of Ellie's professionalism and timely response.”

“This is an amazing company. I am completely computer illiterate and was avoiding the obvious, which was to get my business website set up. UENI we’re delightful and so easy to deal with and took care of building my website for me. I was being frightened off from doing this through other website builders prices, but UENI were well within my budget. First class service and easy to contact and get help when I needed it. All of their assistants that I’ve dealt with have been so helpful. I have no problem in recommending this company and have already done so to a good number of my business friends.
