“UENI provides great customer service. The chat feature is simple to use and the service reps provide the assistance needed to resolve any issues you may be having. Today's chat with Maggie was helpful. While it was not what I "wanted" to hear, it was what i "needed" to hear in order to successfully move forward with plans for business growth. “I have only had my site for about 3 days but I am very impressed. I have built about 4 sites on my own and had one done many years ago by a designer in Chicago. I can tell you this was much simpler. The UI is pretty simple once you get used to it....somethings work a bit differently but CS is really helpful although it is by email and live chat, not over the phone. I would highly recommend their service.”

“Found on Instagram, obviously we are going to think it is too good to be true but we would be wrong. A bit of a chat to find out what you want and a few days later, bang, you have a website, it is easy to use, I cannot do code, this is very basic, plenty of room for modification if wanted. Online chat is great, I wanted to change my Meta Title and description and it was done in seconds, I thought it would take days! Very happy indeed.”

“The QR code on a flyer that I had made to distribute to my customers was malfunctioning. The rep was very patient and pleasant. He told me how she could help and gave me options to resolve the problems. Impressive!”

“I am extremely pleased with the way UENI always comes to my assistance. This time I had messed up my email with some tech stuff and I totally freaked out. I chatted with Luis from UENI, and he got everything fixed in 5 minutes. I give him 10 stars, and I give UENI 10 Stars. This company is really awesome. I recommend any small business use UENI for the website needs.”
