“My advice is not to order from this company. I placed an order on May 27 2021 (number WEB458724) and it arrived. However, I had ordered the wrong thing by mistake and would like an exchange. It says on the website that exchanges are possible within 14 days if the product is unopened. However, I now can't get hold of Direct Beautique at all - the phone number doesn't work and they don't respond to emails. There is no address on the website or within the packaging. When I try to follow the links on the website, I'm redirected to a "Page not found" error message.”

“I ordered Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Revitalise eat de toilette which is becoming increasingly difficult to obtain. It was in stock at a sensible price, dispatched promptly and free p&p. What more can I say.”
