“After telling UCR I had just had a brain tumour removed and had been diagnosed with incurable brain cancer, I told them I no longer run a business. They continued to bully me into what I thought was a domestic tariff. I now know it was business at an extortionate rate. Whenever I call it’s just an answer machine.”

“If only I had read some of these reviews! Jessica Malvaganmama is so bad at her job! Calls you constantly until you sign! Then when you have an issue with what she’s done, doesn’t take any responsibility! Fingers crossed she is telling the truth and is leaving the company.”

“Jessica Malvaganama is very pushy and keeps talking over you constantly. Calls purposely at the busiest time to confuse you and to trick you into signing up for a new contract. Please stay alert and block their numbers if possible.”

“U C R Consultants have organised the energy suppliers for Saint Andrew Masonic hall for the past 10/12 years and has given us excellent service.The lady who deal with me is Clair Elkes always very helpful a pleasure to deal with. Star Rating 5”

“Not happy with service”

“very pushy and rude. Keeps calling everyday specially early morning when phone are at the busiest. First they want to verify and then want authorisation on the spot. Someone needs to stop these people”

“High pressure selling, and very disingenuous with their approach. When they were told no, they rang around different trustees to get an answer. Complaint raised.”

“Had 3 different people phone for a contract that was not due for renewal until August 2020. Even when I said I would ring back the first 2 Dev & Tom would ring back within a few days, they did send current rates for British Gas on email but were too pushy about rates going up. I agreed contract over the phone with Dee who was very polite and spoke common sense.”
