He did an excellent job fitting my new wall charger, responded promptly to all my queries and concerns, and was highly professional, efficient, neat and friendly from start to finish. “An excellent service from start to finish. Tom installed an EV charger at my home and guided me through the process of upgrading meter tails and main fuse with UKPN. He discussed the cable run with me and made sure I was happy with it before going ahead. Very tidy, informative and polite throughout I am happy to recommend his services.”

“Excellent and professional, easy to fill form, quick to quote and quick to arrange for the installation. I was pleasantly surprised that the invoice was even less than the quote as a work item did not need to be done on the day of installation as it was already in place but was not clear from the pictures I took.”

“Excellent service, responsive and professional communication throughout. Installation on time and very pleased with the end result. Although almost all of the cable runs internally it's reassuring to have the armoured cable type cable. Charger is also on its own circuit / own breaker box rather than the house consumer unit which is good. A friend recommended Tom / U-Charge to me and I'd certainly recommend them to others.”
