I am Uber driver in Canada. On march 28 2024.I had a delivery from food basic to customer. I had 3 items to pick up from food basic and when I go for payment my plus card is not working. I tried 3 times but decline all the times. At last I pay my own money that is $127.24. Then after I was not able to upload receipt. It’s shown me error,so I contact customer support about that issue. Customer support agent give home address of the customer and told me that when you delivered all the items call customer support again so I can finish your trip. That was the trap by all the customer support agents in Canada. Then I deliver the all items to customer and call customer support. Customer support agent send me email link to submit receipt. I did submit the receipt. Agent told me that you get your money back within 24 to 48 hours. I called so many times to customer agent about that trip and all the agent ask me to upload the receipt every time and that is the big scam doing all the agent in Canada. I talk and chat lots of time in support center by call, chat. But no any update. They transfer one by one to agent in customer support and ask about issue all the times . At last I quit Uber delivery and deleted my account in Uber. Plz plz plz all the Uber driver do not pay your money when your plus card not working. That is trap. Plz plz don’t do grocery when plus card is not working. I lost my money. So that’s why I message you guys

The driver was excellent but on the App when we were selecting which fair we wanted of course we took the cheapest it said 7.00 from a hotel in Vega to the airport which was 7.7 miles away, we thought it was very cheap but thought maybe it was the time we were going it was 5:00 AM we noticed when the driver was in route the amount increased by 1.75 but didn't complain because it was all less than the other fairs , or so we thought. When looked at the receipt today we were charged $28.94 The trip fair had gone up to $19.69 which was way more than the other ones we would have selected, and we cannot see the route so we have no idea which address was used but the driver knew to take us to the Airport so not sure how the fare could have increased that much. Very disappointed would rather take other means of transportation next time.

Uber has been my go-to taxi service for its convenience and reliability. However, lately, I've noticed longer wait times for drivers, ant it is frustrate me. I hope to see improvements in wait times soon.

The drivers are usually quickly at time and so far I haven't met any driver working for uber who was not service minded and polite

Overcharged!!! I've used uber in the past with no issues until now. I use them for rides to the airport which is 4 miles away. I usually pay $12 or $13 for the ride. This time they charged me $43.55!!!! Can't get any help from their non existing customer service dept! I will never use uber again!!!

WOW i was a driver but because my car is now 16 years old in the area i live it has to be 15 years old to drive and deliver food ... so that means every year...the car year will go up....like this year it is 2007 next year 2008 and so on... i have now loss a job because my 2006 Lincoln Navigator Lux is not good enough .... WOW ... so beware before signing up, you better have a good new car under 10 years old to make sure you have a job next year. this is something they do not tell you when you sign up, but you work your ass off and then you have no job come the next time you have to update your info.... SCREW THIS COMPANY

I've been an Uber user for 4 years now and over the years I've been enjoying my experience less and less. 3 years ago when I used to Uber to my college, it only costed me 8-10$. Now when I check how much it is, the lowest price is $17. Not only inflation, but the drivers tend to be rude as well. I'm always experiencing people ignoring my hello's, being on phone calls the entire ride and sometimes drivers will blast their own music. It's super annoying and has discouraged me from using this app. The only thing is it's convenient and is more comfortable than public transportation.

Brutta esperienza con l’app. Ho prenotato una corsa, ma l’auto non è arrivata nel tempo indicato dall’applicazione. A causa del ritardo alla partenza sono stato danneggiato e il servizio assistenza Uber non mi ha rimborsato, neppure in parte, l’importo da me pagato per la corsa.

It only Uber where you can send thinks with not worries of them getting stolen because the Uber company can track them for you.

If I had the choice,I wouldn't even give a 1-star to rate their customer service or support team.I have worked for uber for a while in England and then I moved to Scotland and contacted them to update my details in order to be able to see the promotions in that city and organise my time properly. By the way each city has its promotions that drivers can benefit from but when you work in another city apart from the one you signed up in ,you won't be able to benefit from the promotions in that new city unless you change your permanent address and update your information with Uber. It is the driver’s right to update his details when he permanently moves to another city and it is Uber’s duty to do so.They refused to update my details in order to work for them Without taking advantage of the promotions. They deceive and lie in order to steal the drivers' rights and effort.Just work for us and we pay you almost nothing.absolutely 100% rubbish company. I have screenshots that support my claim and wish I could upload them here. Don't work for these demons.

I took a ride to the airport. I was then charged an extra 50% of the maximum fee for no reason. When I returned to the country and complained immediately, I was told I had to report it before the 30-day limit. Somehow I was expected to stay offline and focused on Uber while overseas.
