“SCAM company!!!!!!!!!!! The money came out my account, but there was no confirmation email, no emails at all. I emailed to ask the status of the order and have had no reply. I have reported them.”

“Recieved the wrong book with someone else's details so I'm assuming someone else has mine. This was supposed to be a personal gift for a family member. Since I recieved the book I have not been able to contact the company at all. I've sent several emails and called the number on their website several times, but no response at all!!!! I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now. Buyers beware!!! This is the first time I have ever left a review for any company, but unfortunately all the other reviews are correct based on my own experience. I wish I had thought of checking reviews beforehand. I will now have to try track down the name of the people on my book myself to see if they have mine.”

“I recieved the book for the wrong people. I managed to track them down on Facebook and send them a message and am now getting their book to them. However they do not have my book and have someone else's. Please if anyone has the book for KARL AND KAYLEIGH Please get in touch C V S C S @ outlook. Com”

“I was so disappointed with this order. It came with the wrong name on the front AND back with a completely random list of people on it! I had thoroughly checked the names before I sent off my form and they were correct on the inside, just not on the cover which is clearly a printing error. A personalised gift should be just that 'personal' and therefore I was unable to give this now useless book away. Normally I would not leave negative feedback of this kind, but I was very upset by the lack of response I received from the company. I would have been happy with a reprint or even an ebook to give to my friend for her birthday but I received no reply, apology or refund. I understand things are difficult at the moment with current restrictions etc. but to hear nothing back from at all was very disappointing. So I'm afraid I have to recommend looking elsewhere for your personalised books.”

“Finally received my book yesterday. I ordered it a little over a month ago and the confirmation email told me the book would be dispatched within 5 days. Weeks went by and when I tried to look up the tracking number, there'd be no info on printing or shipping. I sent two emails inquiring about my book, saying I understood if there was a delay but just wanted to make sure my order would be sent. No response. I began to get nervous after reading the reviews here and was about to call my bank to see about getting my money back. Finally, I received an email (not from the company but from USPS) saying my package was shipped. It was delivered within a few days. The book itself is very lovely and everything looks great. It appears like everything printed fine; however as this is a gift, I won't be reading through the entire book to make sure. The inscription and all the name changes are correct. At a decent price, I'm very happy with the book. Just based on the product itself, I'd recommend the company. It's a fantastic gift idea. I've ordered from them before, years ago, with no problems. However, due to the lack of communication and other reviews saying delivery is unpredictable, I probably won't be ordering from them again.”

“Ordered product after several weeks of not receiving product I tried to communicate with the company via email and phone no email was ever replied to and phone never answered... phoned up bank to dispute a merchant and they instantly gave me my money back stating they are all ready under investigation e.t c do not waste your time or money”
