“Ideally set out and located, provides a great option for storing your important possessions. Containers are clean and weatherproof, ample unloading access room and good security. Friendly reliable staff and very easy to get hold of help on the phone with no waiting time, Prices are acceptable and refund for unused days very simply applied.”

“Hi, I hired two 20 ft containers in september and october this year because of moving house. I found it very easy to sign up the staff very helpfull, and the site at alnwick very easy to enter and leave. Regards Barry.”

“Please understand us Customers dont understand how your Company works and you need to explain in plain easy to understand terms so EVERYONE knows whats going on and how the process works especially with Payments. Containers are good but the ground at the site where mine is has a rough surface with rubble etc and gets quite boggy when wet! I phoned to tell about the gate being stuck open but would have thought you would have known about it through the Camera Security System!?”

“Very easy to set up and pick up the key, great onsite induction to the whole process. The lock on the container was very difficult to take on and off and speaking to others we weren't the only ones. I dropped off the keys a few weeks before my contract officially ended and was told I would get a refund but I'm still waiting, even after chasing it.....”
