“I have had a container from U Hold The Key for a couple of months and can highly recommend their service. They provided me with a container only a few hours after my enquiry, and it was of the size I needed at the location I required. They are extremely helpful and access to the site and container is easy and is ideally located next to the A19.”

“I did not think it was possible to have a good experience at a container storage facility but this was really good indeed. From the booking process to collecting the keys, access to the facilities, location of the facilities and the condition of the container, everything was perfect. I stored my goods for just under a month and did quite a few trips back and forth. If the need ever arose again to store my stuff, U Hold The key would be number one on my list!”

“Spoke to Joanne who couldn’t have been more helpful, she ensured we had the right container for our needs. Key pick up at a time to suit and the friendly site manager took us to our container, gave us a demo of the lock and explained gates, key return etc. container immaculate. Would have no hesitation in recommending”

“I am totally new to renting storage and a container and the lovely receptionist was excellent. She was really patent with me, super organised and explained everything to me. The service from the site manager has also been excellent and I feel happy with the container and secure site”

“Brilliant on the phone, Extremely helpful, assisted with all my needs, above and beyond to meet up with the manager and provide me with the keys to my lockups, Prompt at the meeting, No fuss just a straightforward transaction. “Used the containers at Portrack Lane. Container is very clean, felt great leaving my possessions in there. Helpful chap on-site showed me how it all worked. I was so pleased with the customer service I got from Joanne Worsley when I called who helped me quickly locate an appropriate container at a site that made sense.”
