“I did my driving experience down in Cornwall. I was charged to park on site which I wasn't happy about considering how much my partner payed for this day! The instructors were very helpful and friendly. The organisation was a bit chaotic but what ruined my day was the ignorant/ rude woman in the media centre! It was almost too much trouble for her to serve me! My sd card failed to record video and photos from 2 of my 3 drives but that didn't seem to worry her! She was only interested in selling me something rather than be bothered about the fact I didn't have anything from 2 3rds of my day. I was so disgruntled with her attitude, I left empty handed with no memories of my day and very upset about the whole thing! Not good at all!”

“Fantastic experience and very well organised. Photos however were disappointing - much the same. Could have done with a photo inside the car and stood beside it.”

“Very easy to book via website. Good signage on the day to get to the event entrance - Abingdon airfield (postcode didn't take you there). Check in at the event easy, well organised and well laid out. Efficient changes between cars meant we didn't have too much time hanging around. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.”

“I had a great experience, really enjoyed it. I drove the Mini cooper S and the 75 Vantage and had a brilliant time. The instructors were excellent and really helpful, as were all the staff. Considering it was a very busy event, I thought they were very well organised and I didn't have to wait too long for my drive times. All in all I had a great time and would recommend it. I'd certainly do it again!”

“Very bad experience... from the beginning to the end.. Parking issues -- long wait times The slots are not as provided in the booking, there are long wait times for registering/waiver ... and then we go into a car queue.. This car queue is a catch -- u are in Ready, 20 min, 40 min wait slots, then u move up from 40 to 20 and then to Ready.. but if someone who booked an earlier slot but tuned up late for their slot, they get their slot back i.e. cutting the 40 min wait time literally to nothing..... and you are now pushed from "Ready slot to 20 min wait slot, if there are 2 joining, there are chances u start your clock from 40 min slot. This happened with us.... from 0 to 40 in 3 sec. " Very Bad organisation, very bad venue, No seating area, very busy food van.. The whole thing was 3 hr 30 min wait for a 10-12 min ride.. Utter waste of time .... but it was an experience for a child.. They also give a link to check your status on your mobile --- however there is hardly any network there.. no display screens either to track.. so people are confused ...waiting for hours and no clue why they have been bumping up and down.”

“Cars and instructors were brilliant. My only gripe was the organisation - it was utter chaos and I felt they couldn’t organise the proverbial p*** up in a brewery. My husband had a 2 car experience - Aston Martin DB9 and V8 Vantage. Booking was for 1:30 and after waiting till 4pm he was called for both cars at the same time. As a result he had to wait another hour for the second car as he was then pushed down the queue for this. Maybe a digital queuing system following check in with a time to report to the pit lane for your chosen vehicles would be better as having 5 different people calling different names just doesn’t work and only served to cause confusion. Fortunately the weather was good or I would only have rated the experience 1 star.”

“I purchased a voucher for a Junior Ferrari Driving Experience, as a birthday gift for a niece, just before the outbreak of the global Covid pandemic. Unfortunately, the recipient currently lives in Australia. And subsequently, was restricted for travel back to the UK, and the voucher became time expired. U Drive Cars has been unwilling to honour or extend the voucher or even offer a discount against a new one. No doubt they will claim their position is legally defensible. But I perceive U Drive Cars as a company that operates to the lowest standards of business practice and customer care. And as a Ferrari owner myself, I would NOT recommend them to anyone.”

“Fab day! Just cashed in my 2019 Christmas present.. Dave and Alex were super stars helping me navigate the course, whilest I drove like Miss Daisy! Great to meet Toni and Barry, down to earth people with an awesome job. Michaela kept it all running smoothly and remembered my name making it extra special. All in all A Marvellous, well organised day. Thanks”

“Was brought it for Christmas unfortunately due to covid its was cancelled till today. It was an awesome day even my partner took part doing the on day deals. Cars was amazing, drivers were awesome and great. Defo looking at taken kids for the day”
