“A little disappointed. Ordered my tyres on Monday and fitting at a nearby fitting centre the following day. Received a call that afternoon informing me that the tyres would not be at the centre for the appointment - rebooked for Wednesday. Arrived Wednesday to be informed that they had not arrived, not unusual apparently! Returned on Thursday to find that the tyres had arrived. Following an issue with my locking wheel nut key, I finally got them changed on Saturday. Not all Tyre Savings fault but not as slick as the website leads you to believe.”

“The price I paid was very good value. The service from tyre savings was very good, although their customer service phone number went to a full voicemail box. The tyre fitting garage was very poor. It took 80 minutes to change one tyre, and they replaced the spare wrongly which I noticed before they did. Will not be going back there. Will use Tyre Savings again.”

“Booking was a problem. Ordered 2 tyres initially but despite order being accepted it was cancelled next day due to being out of stock. Reordered but same thing happened again. 3rd order placed and that was successful. Tyre fitting service was very good. Very little waiting time. No issues at all and will be using the same service again.”

“I have nothing bad to say about Tyresavings.com at all but the fitter was a different matter.I went back the day after they were booked as chap was on his own and had a lot on, so I didn`t mind.The issue is I had 4 excellent alloy wheels with no kerbing rust or any marks as it is one of my classic cars ( 1989 Jaguar), I paid the money and left, not checking before I left, but on arrival home it looked as if these alloy wheels had been on a banger track or had been vandalised, they have been dented , scratched and heavily scored beyond recognition. My family and myself just stood looking at the car and could not believe what had been done to our pride and joy, it had been vandelised no other words for it.Shocking treatment , never used them before, never again !!! Will send photos shortly.”

“Tyres were very easy to arrange online, no issues until I arrived at Formula One who was fitting them, they had no record of my appointment until he realised it had come from you, they only had one fitter at work, my appointment was 12:30, they had it down for 13:00 and were running late, rebooked for Monday, I was again kept waiting for over 30 minutes once the tyres were fitted before I could pay. Tyre Savings great, Formula One, not so great.”

“Greta selection of tyres at all price ranges, and cheaper than other sites seen. Only complaints are that it’s really hard to get hold of customer services; seem to be on hold for an age before anyone answers, if at all, and secondly a bit more communication on the process of the order would be welcome. After placing the order I didn’t know anything about the delivery until the morning of arrival; was fortuitous that I was going to be in to collect the delivery. Two small points to solve, but would make a massive difference to the comfort in buying from a lesser-known company.”

“Tyre saving definitely have tyres on for the cheapest compared to other retailers. It's easy to book an appointment at a garage close to where you live too. Fitters had all the details and were done in 30mins. Will definitely use again for my other car.”

“Tyres price was great but the website booked me in for 8.30am. when I arrived I was told by the garage my tyres could not be fitted until 12.00. I came back at 12.00 and was told it would take 45mins, how long does it take to fit two tyres? This is the issue with tyre websites using different fitting centre's.”

“Certainly the cheapest site to find premium tyres at a good price. Good communications too, except between the garage and Tyre Savings.com The garage didn’t seem to know about Tyre Savings or appointments or payment systems. As a result of this, I’m not sure I’d use them again though, just to save £8 a tyre.”
