The tyre fitting in York was slow waiting a long time but the garage in Leeds was very quick and easy to find.

Delivery of tyres to the garage was early. Tried to rearrange with customer service to have them fitted at an earlier date than scheduled. However customer service didn't get back to me and garage wasn't accommodating when i called myself. Also took 1hr 30 mins from my appointment time to finish fitting the tyres. Then I had an additional job done which took 15 mins. Overall service from tyresavings wasn't bad but garage service was really disappointing. Wasn't able to speak to customer service over the phone as the phone was engaged no matter how many times I called

Great price but garage not so good as they tried to charge more than agreed for tyres and said they don't do time slots when my partner arrived at agreed time slot

Couldn't fault Jordan motors in Leicester but they had not received my order the tyre was there but they had no information about the job only the email I had on my phone. Luckily they managed to fit me in but I had a longer wait than normal.

I arranged for fitting on the Tuesday , Got an email saying could not do Tuesday , rearranged for Wednesday. Got a further email saying can’t get the tyre . So rearrange for Thursday. Happy days tyre fitted . Used in the past and will use in the future.

Tyre savings is a good site. Unfortunately the tyre centre I was referred to did not have the tyres I ordered, so I had to settle for an inferior make. But they were friendly & tried their best

Booked the appointment five days before my fitting day turn up double booked Halfords, the station fitting the new tyres. Tyre savers don’t know what’s in the diary and just book people in at any time, just to get a sale so not very good. And to make things worse, they can’t even get the right brand of tyres for me review.

We booked our car for 2 new tyres and the first appointment got cancelled so we rebooked with stoneacher and what a disaster we had. We arrived and they said we didn't have an appointment so we showed them our confirmation and they fitted us in 2 hours later. Then they broke the socket and broke all the locking nuts off. We ended up paying an extra £75 for new locking nuts and the socket through no fault of our own. We were there over 3 hours and then had to go back the day after for the job finishing correctly. They have also damaged all the wheels and I will never go back to that garage again. I suggest you look at what garages you use in future as this could have a massive impact on Tyre saving services.

You need to contact the garage before the date of the fitting, so they know I'm coming and can then book me in. That way I don't have to mess up my day by having to go back another time and wasting fuel.

I turned up on time at the garage to have two tyres fitted. The Manager said that I dint have an appointment. I insisted that I did and showed him the email on my cell phone. He still said that he had not received any information. I persisted with this, and he amazingly found an a4 piece of paper with all my details on. I asked him to change the rear driver side tyre and the front near side tyre and to put the new tyres on the front. He said that by doing this he would have to use several jacks and that I would have to come back later. I refused and as I have lots of experience in changing tyres (my first ever job) I told him to give me one jack, a tyre bar and a hammer and I would change them myself much quicker than he could with a machine. He reluctantly got to work on this with one of his colleagues. If I hadn’t stood watching him, he would have put the new tyres on without balancing them. I reminded him that this was part of the paid service. He then balanced both wheels. Tyres were fine service was very poor.

The website is easy to navigate and the price was very competitive. However, I received an e: mail 2 days before the home fitting telling me that the tyres I specifically requested were not available and that an alternative would be fitted. Normally I would reject the transaction because of this however I have committed to the day and time of the fitting and have no choice but to accept the change.

Tyre savings price was amazing but the fitting garage has damaged all 4 of my brand new alloy wheels with the inner rim marked in 5 different locations where the wheel grips have rough edges. Brand new out of the box wheels having there first tyres fitted are now marked before they've even been bolted to my car

Ordered two tyres but only one arrived. Appointment for 8.30 had to wait an hour before fitted. Won't use this system again

Great value tyres. I was overcharged by the fitting agent who have agreed to refund me when I am next in the area. Unfortunately one tyre lost 1/3rd of its pressure overnight. I re-inflated it and hope that it holds as I am about to go a 250 mile round trip! I had to inflate my offside rear after 65 miles and again after another 65miles. Losing about 4psi over that distance. So will return to express tyres on my return on Wednesday.

You cancelled our fitting due to tyres not being available. We had to rebook for next week so can't comment on the fitting service.

I was pleased with the price and service having the tyres fitted. However Tyre Savings needs to update the details it emails to the customer. My tyres were to be fitted by McConnachy's Garage in Sighthill. The name of the street was given but not the number and I spent 25mins trying to find it. I did have your email on my emails but this gave no tel number for the garage. I had to ring home to get someone to look up the address on the internet. And found out that the garage is not called or signed McConnachy's but is now a Halfords service centre!!!! I drove past it 4 times. Life would be so much easier if firstly, you used the correct name of the garage and secondly, if the phone number was included in the 'confirmation of booking' email. It was a VERY stressful 25 minutes!
