“I paid 400 GBP for tires from Tyre-Shopper and received neither the goods nor any communication. This alarming lack of fulfillment and responsiveness raises concerns of potential fraud. I urge Tyre-Shopper to address this immediately by delivering the tires or issuing a refund. This situation requires urgent attention to prevent further distress and legal implications.”

“Placed an order which was cancelled after several days saying they can't supply the tyres. Placed another order for a different brand, waited another 5 days and then sent me an email to say they can't supply those either ! Shocking service. I've had one refund, but still waiting for the last order to be refunded. Why sell & take payment for tyres you clearly cannot supply and waste weeks of my time. They do not respond to emails, live chat is unavailable and the 0800 number puts you through to someone who can't deal with refunds ! Totally awful service.”

“Ordered tyres through their website by typing in my reg. When they where delivered to the garage for fitting we found out they where the wrong Tyre. Reordered again this time selecting the correct size myself only to find out in the day the tyres haven't been delivered. I took the morning off work so list out on a half days holiday. Called them was waiting for over 40 mins finally got through to someone who after taking a few details transfered me to the fitting garage who is already spoken to and where also waiting for my tyres to be delivered. Awfull experience will never use again.”

“Had tires fitted at national tyres in York I had Metal dust caps on which they tightened to much which as resulted in them getting stuck and costing me more money to get fixed”

“Tyre Shopper failed to advise that it fitting centres charge for moving wheels on your car. Most people want new tyres put on the front of the car. Whenever I have purchased tyres I get asked if I would like the new ones on the front. This is done at no charge. I have just been, in my opinion, conned by National Tyre into paying £10 to have one moved to the front. Five minutes work that works out a t £120 an hour labour. I would advise people not to use National Tyre.”

“I bought and paid for 4 Michelin cross climate 2 tyres , booked it to be fit 1/12/21 10am at national tyres , booked time off work to have them fit , only to receive an text & email saying they have an issue with stock and offered me alternatives with additional costs ,No Brand etc just a product number . To then be told that if I took the replacements and paid the additional ££ that I possibly may have to rearrange another day to have them fit . So I asked for a refund to which they said fine & money would be sent back to my account in 3-5 working days , Kyle in the chat was very abrupt & not very helpful and all & his customer service is diabolical , when I said about the money taking 3-5 days , he sarcastically stated that’s how the banking system works , told him that maybe they should only take the money once they know they have the stock , I will never recommend this company and I will dissuade anyone who asked about them & tell them to avoid”

“unreliable customer service, ordered and booked for fitting, after 4 days on the day of my app , was told they haven’t received the tyres yet.irresponsible company, is not recommended.”

“ordered and paid for a set of Avon tyres advertised on tyre shopper which where not even in stock, and had not even been manufactured, I had to buy a more expensive set of Dunlop tyres.”

“tyres ordered a week ago, went 50 miles to have them fitted and they didn't have them, offered tyres not as good as what I oredered but had to have them on, no apology from firm, no offer of compensation. They are con artists.”

“They clearly to do not stock the tyres. They take your money then go and try to find the tyres. I have a performance car, looking for higher end tyres. They did not have the first choice. They told me three days after. They where nice on the phone, yet could not find any of the tyres they had listed on the site. Would not use”
