“I have used Tutts for a number of years and although not the cheapest, they have the expertise for my Audi. On this last service (39000 miles), in addition to oil and filter changes, the automatic transmission fluid was changed, which I was not expecting. Including VAT, the bill was nearly £650.00. I asked them to investigate a couple of things but no fault could be identified and they offered a technician join me to check these when convenient. I don't know if this will involve further cost.”

“Everything was done in a prompt and professional way. My only comment, would be to get the printer fixed on the 3D alignment equipment. It would be better to have a paper record on 'before/after' values/results.”

“Thank you for fitting me in at short notice. You always provide an excellent customer service. Unfortunately the problem, although initially resolved for a couple of days keeps recurring - it was the engine management light that was stuck on. Now it comes on and goes off for no particular reason.”
